Doug is extremely professional and personable. We had moved into our house in December and realized that the previous owners must have had some major mice problems. Doug came right out, but due to snow, he wasn't able to do a full inspection and so nicely refused to charge us. He gave me instructions on how to know if mice were still a problem or if it was just an old problem that wasn't cleaned up after. He came back right away in spring and did a full inspection- finding some rotten underhang under our deck which was likely the mouse freeway we were looking for. He also sprayed for bugs- we had a bad millipede problem in the basement and wasps coming in through windows in the spring. We've seen absolutely no bugs (ants, millipedes, wasps etc) in the house since he sprayed in the spring. We're so happy with Doug's service!
