The guy that comes out DOES practically nothing! Even when I will show him where the issue is, he does barely anything to that location. So happy with them I called Terminex; Terminex has my business now. Update: You see the thing is, it's counterproductive to having to keep calling for service and fixing my schedule to be there. I am a customer I'd terminex, they are cheaper and work is done correctly the first time. No wonder that this company is not expanding. Let me get this right, you want me to pay for services that have not been performed (as promised)? BBB will definitely hear about this.

Jim arrived on time and did the job, he was very nice and understanding. I say understanding as I told him about the previous visit when chemicals were sprayed in our window corners and have left a stain. He apologized and told me that he trains the technicians and tells them not to do that. So I am giving Jim a 5 star review but I am giving a three star review because of the permanent stain in our window corners.

The entire process was explained in detail by AJ, sales representative. The next day, Brandon & Kurt arrived on time and again walked us through the process.
