Around the same price as other big name businesses, but I was able to contact him directly (rather than a call center..), and wasn't coerced into purchasing some sort of year long program. I had a mouse problem that wasn't being solved by the other companies and wanted it taken care of once and for all. What I liked about Bill (the owner) was his ability to communicate how he was going SOLVE the problem, and how he guaranteed his work. This was hands-down the best experience we've ever had with pest management. Bill Erspamer is a skilled and knowledgeable professional, as well as genuinely friendly and customer-focused. He responded quickly to my call and arrived fully equipped to handle our wasp issue. He was very thorough and judicious about his use of chemicals, making sure our treatment was effective and safe, which is important for a family with children who run through the yard every day. Bill and his family are outstanding! Customers come first for them and they are always honest and fair. Our house was vacant and overtaken by bugs. They were in the walls and outlets and... ugh! We called several businesses and bill came out first. He took care of the issue after asking us what was important to us. He asked about our pets and kids to make sure he was doing us right. After 2.5 years we are not going anywhere. He knows his stuff and he knows how to keep the family safe from poisons. He also knows what not to do to keep wildlife from eating treated mice and whatnot. A+++

We had a bee issue that got pretty bad rather quickly in our home. When a discovered where the issue was we were abandoned with a still active and harmful bee colony by another pest service. I called Bill as a desperate and upset mother. He made no qualms about packing back up after having already returned home top come and help me. He is a genuine business owner with his customers happiness on the top of his priorities. He was incredibly kind and I'm actually glad the other pest services weren't of assistance.
