I would wouldn't even give one star. I called to have a bat removed and was promised a call in 15 minutes as he had to get a hold of someone to come out. An hour later and 2 phone calls with no answer just answering machine/ voice mail still no call back. I have a 2 1/2 month old baby and dogs and cat one which is downstairs with the bat .. very unprofessional irresponsible and rude... I would never recommend this sorry excuse of a business to my worst enemy...

My apartment had a real issue with fruit flies, the staff showed up on time, was very friendly and personable, and did an excellent job clearing out all the flies, based on the service i had, i would definitely recommend them to anybody!

Don't waste your time by calling this company! Called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon, and they never bothered to show up—no call that they were running late, nothing. I had rearranged my work schedule to be at home for the appointment and sat around waiting for them for 4 hours. There are many pest control companies out there; don't bother calling this one.

TERRIBLE..ignore all of the good reviews, I was fooled by them. I'm so confused by this place, they somehow were able to set up an appointment and everything seemed fine. Then the day of no one shows up at all, I received a call hours after the appointment and they said the tech wouldn't make it and they asked if they could reschedule. I gave them one more shot, they were then hours late with no notice for the second appointment. I called the office multiple times trying to get an idea of when he would show but they gave me no info and just said someone would get back to me. Still days later now and no call, no apology, nothing. Just totally pathetic and unprofessional, wasted hours of my time..DO NOT call them.

If it wasn't for Elite Zenith's timely reaction, we wouldn't have gotten rid of the termites and quarantine period in time for the inspection. We wouldn't have been able to sell the house at the price we did, if at all. If you need a pest dead fast, call these guys!

This service does not even deserve one star... First time appointment they came almost 5 hours late at 7:30pm. And still the problem was NOT taken care of. Worst business ever plz don't be fooled by all of these good reviews on here like I was. Call another company plz. They were supposed to be here today aaagain still have NOT showed up. My appointment was between 9am-10am it is going on 12:00pm. I am calling to try to reach the office and there is NO ANSWER... They never answer their phones. Don't waste Ur time or money on this business. It sucks!

I would rate this business with no stars, if possible. Do not believe good reviews, maybe friends or relatives posting them. Read negative, they are match with our impression. The owner, Demolis Smith holds licence of the commercial pesticide applicator at Department of Trade, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. However, when you arrange their services, they come to your house to install glue mouthtraps, $ 5 total and charge you to the full extent. Then, you never see them again. No follow ups, no responce to phone calls. Mr. Smith choses tactics of being evasive, offensive, rude and MANIPULATIVE. Email available, but you do not know, who you communicate with. He has enough time and energies to argue instead to concentrate on the professional performance. Total scam.
