We have been trying to deal with our ant and wasp problems for the last couple of years using box store products. The products worked for a couple of weeks, but then the ants and wasps are back. This year, we decided to hire a professional to treat our bug problems. Bill from Bug Control Specialists came out and did a spring treatment in mid-May. It is now mid-June and we do not have ants or wasps. Bill is very thorough and takes the time to explain what is needed and why. Per Bill's recommendation, we also plan to hire Bug Control Specialists for a fall treatment to take care of our Asian beetle problem. We are very pleased with the results and the excellent service that Bill has provided, and highly recommend Bug Control Specialists.

Bill was able to come to our house very quickly to take care of a huge hornet's nest at our house in Phelps, Wisconsin. We were so grateful for his expertise as he was able to get rid of the nest and then dealt with another nest that we found in the walls of the house. We highly recommend Bug Control Specialists LLC for issues with wasps and hornets. Bill handled everything wonderfully and really spent time with us to make sure everything was fine before he left. Bill is awesome! We had a large wasp nest that I thought I had taken care of until I found a few in the attic. He swung by between jobs on Saturday and sprayed. No more wasps. Spent another 40 minutes chatting in the drive way.

I called Bill at 4pm on a Tuesday and he said I'll be right out and he was. It only took him 20 minutes and he was there. He explained what I had(HORNETS) and he explained how he would get rid of the hornets nest under my siding and on the peaks of my 2 story house. He explained the products he would use and how they worked. And also where to find the information about the products. He sprayed the spots I need him to and he also sprayed another side of the house for no extra charge. He said if I see another hornet on any side of my home to call him back and he would spray again for free. Bill has fast service and he guarantees the work he does. And he is also a great guy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable of what he is doing.

I called Bug Control Specialists solely off the great Google reviews. Bill responded very quickly and gave me a verbal price based on my house size for wasp nest removal and prevention. After Bill had a chance to actually view my house, it was a bigger job than he suspected. He did not want to charge me more as he thought it “rude” since he already quoted me the price. He stuck to the original quote and that’s what I was invoiced. He even threw in some extras with a few ant hills he saw. Bill is a very knowledgeable bug specialist and more importantly, just a really honest, friendly and nice man with old-school values. Do not bother calling any other place! Had an infestation of yellow jackets, Bill came out the following morning sprayed and guaranteed they would be gone. Sure in enough not one. Bill is really friendly and is a man of his word which means a lot.

Bill is kind and very knowledgeable. He came and exterminated the hornets that were inside the siding and sometimes getting into the house. He used a non repellant chemical to kill the hornets, ensuring they won't go crazy by being trapped. Overall great service.
