Edward is such a nice young man and very hard working! Came out to get rid of my bat and raccoon issue within one day of contacting him. Got rid of those pesky rodents and haven't had an issue yet. Would highly recommend!

Ed was knowledgeable and helpful. Responded quickly when I contacted him. He was able to complete the job within the price he quoted me. Thankfully, I haven't had problems since thanks to Ed. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to family.

Not impressed. Ed came out to the house and although seemed very knowledgeable spent very little time on the property looking over the job. After his visit I called to schedule him and and at this point he informs me he needed half down in order to schedule the job. After voicing concerns about paying this type of fee on top of the estimate fee I was informed that how his business runs. Since I have had multiple quotes with the same warentee and same action plan for service all for free and scheduling also didn’t cost anything. Everything might be on the up and up but this business doesn’t seem to professional.

Edward is the bat whisperer. He's a Cesar Milan of the flying and ground based rodent. He dealt with our pest problem in a timely and professional manner. Money well spent. We'll be sure to pester Ed in the future should the need arise.

I have used Eddie’s services multiple times. He is effiecent, kind to the animals and someone you can trust on your property. I have used Eddie for bats, possum, raccoon and skunks. Last summer my dogs got hit by a skunk 3 times in a week and he promptly arrived and removed 5 skunks without anyone spraying. Living in Madison neighbors can be sensitive about animal removal and Eddie is the kind of guy that does the job well and leaves the neighborhood feeling good about what happens to the relocated animals.

Eddie came to my house to identify a noise we heard from our attic, we assumed it may have been a rodent or squirrel. He arrived on time, walked around our house and climbed onto the roof and very quickly identified that the noise we heard was from bats entering through the house fascia. Eddie discussed the next steps we should take to mitigate the issue and we quickly scheduled the work. Eddie also completed the work in a timely manner notifying us when he arrived, showed us what he would use to seal the fascia and create a one way door, and informed us that the bats should be more awake an active in the next couple weeks, leaving our house at that time. His work was neat and he did not leave any mess behind. Eddie is friendly, timely, and skilled in his knowledge of animal removal and I am very pleased with the work he performed on our house.
