When making my bed this morning, I found a suspicious looking bug and, naturally, freaked out and assumed I had bed bugs. I called this company right when they opened and a live person answered. I explained what was going on and what I found and asked if could bring the bug in to have it identified. The gentleman offered me his cell number and asked that I text him photos of the bug and he would take a look. Within 10 minutes, he came back and said he had his service manager look at it and that it was just a common beetle, not a bed bug. I called him back and we chatted a bit longer about exterior pest spray companies and how to make sure I’m getting a good price. Since this company only specializes in bed bug removal, he was unable to provide me with any services but was still willing to talk to me, provide me info (I was ready to spray my bed with pesticides and he informed me that it was the outside of the home that needed to be treated, not the inside). He saved me time, money, and anxiety, all with no gain to himself. Should I ever find myself in the unfortunate need of bed bug removal, I would absolutely trust this company.
