Inadequate customer service and communication.
They do treatments okay, but they did not move things out of the way in my apartment, I had moved everything a foot away from my bed, but it was too much trouble for them to move it far enough away for them to heat treat my bed. When they had come to visit ahead of time they didn't warn me I needed to move the stuff more, I am disabled and have very little energy. they only told me before they did the second treatment that I needed to move things even more away from my bed... So they had to come back a few months later to do the treatment again, oh, and I asked him a question, and the first time they tried to reply via text message and my phone does not receive text messages and they never resent the reply via voice mail, so I called had to call them several times. this company really should hire a front desk person to do the call answering for them and make pamphlets for them to give out to their customers stating facts like how far away furniture needs to be from the bed in order to get an adequate treatment, to help with consistency and communication, because the actual workers who spray the biopesticide and do the heat treatment are just a bit under-qualified in customer service, which can be very frustrating in some circumstances :( like it has been so exhausting for me to deal with these bed bugs simply taking clothing out of the closet and having to put it through the dryer, because I am disabled and low energy and I need The pest solution people working with me to be more polite and communicative so that I don't waste my energy again.
ALSO, they did not put my bed back where it was supposed to be after they heat-treated it. They expected apartment management to do that for them, they should have put my bed back for me!!! I am disabled and this management person here never has time to help me in my apartment, and it's not his job to move a bed either, if part of your job is treating a bed and you move it , after its treated, Please put it back where it belongs when you're done. Please, for the less able, Be professional finish the whole job. Thanks.
