Matt and Frank are awesome! Matt came to my new house I just rented and sprayed for carpenter ants. He was so friendly and so kind to my daughter and I!! He had her help him even (she’s 3). He must have hit a nest, bc overnight it went from a few I saw to over a hundred downstairs. I called Frank and he happily sent Matt back out here. Matt was again sooo nice and went above and beyond to help ease my mind of this “crisis” lol. Sprayed every nook and cranny.

Honest business practices and fantastic people. Sound pest management was able to give me an accurate quote that included two follow up visits as part of the quote. Matt, the technician who came to my house was both knowledgeable and very friendly. He took the time to do a thorough inspection and explain potential problem areas to me. He laid a number of traps and true to his word was back the following two weeks to do a checkup. He didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need and was flexible with my schedule. Definitely will be using these guys in the future!

Jacob came out on super short notice, to help me deal with a ground-hornet nest that was impeding some exterior siding work on the house I had scheduled for next day. Work was super thorough -- even needing to trim some shrubs back to get full access to the nest. They used a relatively safe (pyrithrin based) pesticide, which I appreciate. Great communication, both phone and email, and in person, and they offer good easy payment methods (billing via email). Will not hesitate to call on them again!

Overall did nice job. Got rid of our rat problem. But they had to be asked to put the blue booties over their shoes before walking in house and coming back out of craw space where there is rat feces and urine. Also took the two black boxes used outside to poison rats with him. Would have liked to have kept them. Paid enough for the service!

After 20 years with another Eastside exterminator we were never told that they eliminated all their automatic annual service and were left without maintenance and overdue. I called Frank at Sound Pest Management on a referral from Home Advisor and he was courteous, reasonable in rates and welcomed our business with a variety of services. I highly recommend this company. The owner, Frank, runs a tight ship and has great employees (Jacob is the one that services our house) — polite, punctual, skilled at their craft, and take the time to educate you on what they are doing. In general, their prices are competitive compared to what other companies charge, and, when you factor in that they do not try and sell you on services that you do not need and they do all the work they quote (note: read some negative reviews on some of the other companies and you will see what I mean), their prices are VERY competitive to take care of whatever rodent issue you might have.

Ant issue? Call Sound Pest! I am impressed by the stellar service our technician, Matt, provided. We started noticing a few ants in the kitchen and bathroom upstairs. Matt explained the entire treatment process and knowledgeable in all aspects of bugs. Price was reasonable and no service contract needed. I am so happy to support local owned companies and will use these guys again in the future if needed.

I work with upwards of 5-6 pest companies and these guys i feel more comfortable sending they're name and number out than anyone. The company is professional, well run by Frank, and the bottom line is, I can refer him out, which i do on a regular basis and not get a call back saying Sound Pest didn't answer the phone or call back or they didn't know what they we doing when they got here. I can depend on him to get the done and thats all I care about quite frankly (no pun intented) lol. Would refer them to anyone! I could go on but I'll stop here.
