He thoroughly investigated my crawlspace and provided photos of everything he saw. He not only gave me the information I needed, but also told me how to help prevent further instances from raccoons trying to get in my crawlspace.

The lady that took our phone call was very informative and helpful, and she provided a very accurate estimate over the phone. Ryan showed up when promised. He explained to us what he was going to do, and had the work of removing a bird nest from our attic completed very quickly. He put preventative measures in place to keep future birds from nesting in our house. He even cleaned the bird droppings off our siding while he was on the ladder. Hopefully we never have future pest problems, but if we do, we'll definitely call Pioneer for help!

I've used Pioneer Pest Mgt for a few years now. Recently, I had a mouse in the walls. I called Pioneer Pest. Tyler promptly came out, inspected the house, exterior and interior, and then set up traps in the attic. I never heard the mouse again. When we found out we had rats in and around our house we were extremely concerned and called Pioneer. Tyler came out and inspected and went over his findings and what our options were. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Well, Thursday comes around and I call Pioneer and wonderful Kay answered. I told her that I was wondering about what time they be at my place. She told me that I wasn't scheduled till May 2nd which would be another week. I said I was staying at a hotel for the last 3 nights because of the smell. I tried sprays and baits from the store, but never had as much success as with Pioneer. I found a scavenger occasionally, but otherwise no ants for more than a month. When trails appeared on the outside, Pioneer returned as they said. Both times they've been great. Im learning that to get the most of their service you need to make sure treated areas are accessible, so you may need to move items away from walls.

Tyler was very professional, explained the process and treatments very well and also explained why we were having our ant issue. He was efficient, taking around an hour for the whole thing, and left me with a clear idea of what to expect and the timeline for maintenance.
