The whole team at PCI has been great to work with. Our issue started with a carpenter ant infestation. We chose to go the green route and it has worked really well. Phillip made a few suggestions and provided us with all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. We chose to do their bi-monthly green service so we could stay on top of any other potential issues. Candace has been a delight to work with. She is friendly, helpful, and makes everything feel less stressful. We wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

PCI is the exact right pest service for us in our Jubilee neighborhood in Lacey, WA. R.D. Nielsen (our tech) pays attention to every detail. Always brings his cobweb/wasp brush and uses it on eaves and patio. Always thoroughly inspects top to bottom. Always checks traps. The rate for quarterly service is reasonable. In addition, R.D. is very friendly and personable! We trust him and PCI absolutely!

Highly recommend PCI Pest Control. For starters, they were the first and only to respond and then they were right on top with their responses to my MANY questions. I was really very happy that there was no attempt to bait and switch after they got to the property. They honored all their commitments. We never saw a nest, so we were afraid that once they got here, the bill would go up with every nest found. While their job was thorough, we did have a corner that wasps moved back in. A quick email and we were informed that we were under guarantee and they scheduled us very quickly. They came and redid the building for no extra charge. I can say they are competitively priced...so it’s the going rate, but the service makes them number one on my list for any future needs and as my recommendation to family and friends. We have been using PCI for more than six years and find them to be very effective. If rodent activity is found in the crawlspace, they always look for an entry and patch the hole. These guys were so great to work with. They were an hour later than I was told, but now I appreciate why. The job wasn't rushed and and they were extremely thorough. I can respect the tardiness, knowing they were providing the same quality service to the people before me. They put my mind at ease with my newly purchased home, gave me advice on things I could do myself to prevent rodents, & took time to listen to all of my concerns. PCI Pest Control rodent-proofed our house about a year ago, and since then we have not had a single mouse or rat in our house! They also did some great carpentry, giving us a custom-built door to our crawlspace, as well as building a new supporting beam underneath the house to replace the old, termite-damaged one. Our landlord uses this company whenever they have pest issues at properties they manage and I'm VERY happy they do. We had an ant issue last summer and PCI came out and took care of the problem. Fast forward to this year and same thing, ants coming out of the woodwork to try to find water. PCI came out again and took care of the problem. Everyone I've worked with, from the office staff, to the technicians, to the owner, are exceptionally professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the job. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that needs pest control! Have pest? Not a problem! PCI pest control is like the equivalence of Chuck Norris when it comes to pests. Ants don’t stand a chance. Wasps just roll over in their grave with fear. Rats go running once they hear the roar of the horsepower coming from the pest mobile. Personally, I’ve dealt with Lil’ Matt, destroyer of pests. He’s such a personable gentleman (with manners) and made those rats that I had fear for their lives (but in a kind way) 5/5 stars. I would not recommend anyone else for any pest issues.

My home is located in a beautiful wooded area and with that comes a lot of unwanted rodents and bugs. Chris M. was the technician that arrived and thoroughly checked all areas of the home inside and out. He properly treated all areas with detail and I'm happy to say I no longer have to rely on my cat to get rid of those unwanted rodents! I did have some unfamiliar ant like bugs come up from the floor boards and they died shortly after I discovered them which means the treatment is working for the bugs too! I've had a few companies come out and do things, but they've all said, "you will never completely get rid of odorous house ants..." And I've accepted it. Until I met Matt, Kaylee, and Chris. They have worked diligently to finally solve my ant problem. They wouldn't accept my defeated statements of, "I'll just always have house ants..." PCI was very easy to work with and was usually able to get out to a property in a decent amount of time. After using PCI on and off for that association for the past couple of years, I had a chance to use them at one of my other associations in Tacoma. The Board there loves them and uses them exclusively. Phillip is the tech they usually see and he is great! PCI is a terrific company. When I bought my house I had a rodent issue but NO MORE! They treat my house as if their own. They also spray for spiders so no worries there! It's really nice to move the shower curtain and not having to scream. They secure my gates so my pets are safe and they communicate results face to face. Great staff from receptionist to technicians.
