We had 3 different crawlspace specialists come look under our home. New Leaf was the easy choice. Jordan and his team really did a great job. Their work was clean, expedient and their solutions to our problems were exactly what we needed. We used New Leaf Pest Control for a restored crawlspace environment, including insulation, vapor barrier, french drain/sump pump installation, pest removal, remediation and fumigation. Thank You Jordan!!! We appreciate you guys.

I just had the pleasure of meeting Tim Worthington of New Leaf Pest control . After a 4th of July weekend and four days after discovering a huge wasp infestation in the outside entry to my house , I had called several Pest Control companies. All of them disappointed me in some manner . When I finally contacted New Leaf , they got Tim out to my house before 3:30 pm on the 6th of July . A more confident , calm ,and capable young man I have rarely met .He very calmly went about his business and not only took care of the entry , but went all around the front of my house and garage. I am so happy to have found New Leaf (eco friendly , I might add ; though not so much for the wasps) and Tim Worthington. p.s. when you Google a service , NEVER go to the first few at the top of the page. you will be let down

We used New Leaf two years ago to remove a couple dead animals from the attic and crawl space (raccoons and birds), install insulation, repair foundation vents, and block a raccoon entrance. We just had a contractor go to our crawl space and attic to check the vents (two years later) and he said they were some of the nicest he's ever seen. So two years later and we are still happy.

I'm a Realtor who recently used New Leaf Crawlspace for the first time. I had a pending sale with some very fragile buyers, who were considering walking away from the sale, once we found standing water in the crawlspace. New Leaf was able to send out Jordan, their general manager, who offered us a free evaluation of the issues at hand. Within 24 hours, I had a full color report with pictures of the issues in the crawlspace, and an itemized estimate showing how they would repair each part, and what the cost would be. Being a details freak who takes pride in managing my transactions with a high level of care and diligence, this was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Not only did he complete the work faster than expected, he was kind enough to wait for 50% of his payment to come out of the sale proceeds. This allowed my clients to afford the repairs on their already-stressed budget from the moving process. I will certainly use Jordan and New Leaf again, as I've used enough other companies in this industry to know when you find gold, to stick with it!

We've used New Leaf a couple of times for a variety of projects. We bought a home that had been vacant for over a year and sits in front of a large field. We felt that a general treatment was important to avoid any issues. The price was incredibly reasonable and the professional on time, etc. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Fast forward nearly a year we started having BIG issues with fleas. I worried about chemicals since I have two small children, one who was still crawling. They sent exterminators out to follow up at no charge and gave great instructions for how to help interrupt the fleas natural life cycle. The last time they were here the gentleman even picked up all my babies toys and left them neatly stacked off the floor. As a busy Mom this was so appreciated. When we returned a little earlier than expected I called to ask about the dangers of the babies touching the ground. The person I spoke to knew EXACTLY what was sprayed and told me of any possible issues, what to look for, etc. It put my mind at ease and really made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing and cared enough to explain the chemicals used to a concerned Mom. I literally cannot say enough good about these guys. I refer everyone that I can to them. Don't hesitate.

This year, for several reasons, I decided to switch pest control vendors and contacted a couple of local firms to request bids. I am so glad I called New Leaf Pest Control. Chris came out to the house in March provide the bid and then returned late April, 2019 to perform the initial service. This young man is knowledgable about his field, thorough in his service, and his demeanor was entirely professional — clearly explaining his actions and the reasons for them. Chris was also conscientious particularly when it came to caring for our home. He laid down a large, clean blanket on the floors of the rooms (closets) where attic access panels were located to protect the carpeting from damage or debris from the ladder legs or bits of insulation that often fall from the open access doors and he even wrapped his ladder before leaning it my the rain gutters to prevent damaging them as well. He also was concerned for our dog and made sure to advise me when it would be safe for her to be outside after his exterior treatments with spray and granular pest control. I’m much impressed with this family owned and operated company and would have no hesitation whatsoever in referring business their way. Their prices are certainly competitive but I believe their customer-centric focus sets them apart. Good job Chris. Keep up the good work!

I have had New Leaf out at least twice- once for a general pest issue, and another for an ant problem. Both times they were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and by far the best price around. Best part- no more pests! I would recommend New Leaf to anyone. On one of my service calls I worked with the owner directly- he cares about his customers, his business, doing things right the first time, and following up on issues. Solid, solid company!

Their service was never particularly special - we had to have them come out and "try again" when the first work they did didn't work, and it's not like our house was free of invaders after our regular maintenance. My complaint is about their billing practices, and how they treated me when I questioned those practices. They send you an invoice a few days after the service is done, and then expect payment within 7 business days of when the service was completed. Working in accounting, I have never once ran into a company that had 7 day terms. It is very typical for people and companies to pay bills twice a month, which would lead to late payments under terms as ridiculous as these. I received 4 invoices from them over the course of 15 (calendar) days. I questioned them on it, and received a condescending response about how they could move the service dates to when I am paid. THE PROBLEM ISN'T THAT I HAVE THE MONEY, IT'S THAT NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PAYS THEIR BILLS EVERY SINGLE DAY. Get over yourselves. There are plenty of pest control services out there.
