Called these folks in a panic when I heard an animal scratching around in the wall. Our usual pest company wasn't returning my messages. Sean (the owner I think) couldn't have been nicer. He could tell I was freaking out and said that he treats all of his clients like family and that they would make it work to get someone to us. He was able to send someone out the same day even though we were new clients, are outside their usual service area and it was a busy weekend. He was even careful to make sure he wouldn't be stepping on the toes of our (then) current (now ex) pest control company. Tyler, the technician who came over, was phenomenal. Seeing how we recently moved into our house we were told by our inspector about possible rodent nest in our crawl space. Then today I heard squeaking and scratching behind my over head Microwave. So I definitely needed someone to come look at our house. I was stressing because a lot of places tell you stuff just to get money. I called Modern pest control and spoke to Sean. He over the phone explained to me what the noises I heard could be. But he still sent his technician over to check it out to give us a piece of mind the same day. And they worked around my schedule. When Angel came he was very personable and profession. Explained everything in depth. Even explained about rodent prevention just for peace of mind. He looked at the vent behind my microwave and it was what Sean explained but lucky we caught in time where it's something we can do ourselves and Angel explained to us how to do it ourselves. Then he looked at the possible rodent nest in our crawl space and advised it's very old and there no sign of recent rodent activity. And said at this time we don't have anything and he doesn't need to do anything. How honest is that. I am definitely going to use them for all our pest needs in the future. They are so honest and don't try to work you over to get money. I'm a very satisfied customer! Thank you Angel!

Turns out they do, and when I awoke in the morning, the owner had emailed me back about half an hour after I sent him my message. Due to weather circumstances (the lovely snow/ice) we were a little delayed. Very nice people and very nice company. Three years ago we unintentionally bought a house infested with rats and they got rid of them and have helped us keep them away. We recently also got a flea infestation in our home we think from visiting animals, and my car was also affected. Fleas love me so without animals in our house i was getting eaten alive! They treated our home and my car twice for fleas at no extra charge. The service was apparently included in our maintenance contract! So thankful to be flea free! Thank you!!

This company is great! We have been having a yellow jacket & wasp problem and dealt with a few nests on our own, but once we started to see just how many there were, we decided to call in the pros. My husband did a quick search and was impressed with the reviews so he called to make an appointment. These reviews don’t lie—these guys are great! Sean answered even though it was like 8:30pm on Tuesday and we set up an appointment for today (Friday) Tyler came right on time and listened to what our concerns were, then took a look around the house to find problem areas. He sprayed and knocked down new and old nests just to be safe. He was also good about letting me know that my dogs will be ok and that the spray is safe for them to be around. We will definitely use this company in the future if/when it’s needed!

First off, it was 9:30 at night and Sean answered the phone. That's 5 stars right there. We had a swarm of carpenter ants in our family room. They were coming from everywhere. Sean told me he could get a tech out this morning and who it would be. Noah got here about 9:30 this morning and sprayed the whole house inside and out. Both Sean and Noah were very sympathetic to our situation. Noah explained everything about the insecticide he was using. We had a swarm of ants come in that looked very similar to termites. When I contacted modern pest control, the owner had me text him a video and he confirmed that they were definitely ants. He had Tyler out to our house the very next morning and treated the exterior of the home with child safe pesticides. He was only here for about 30 minutes and said he would follow up in 2 weeks to make sure our problem was resolved. Great people!

Modern Pest Control was awesome! They came out within two hours of calling them to spray for a bees nest and spiders. Tyler showed up and answered all my questions and got it done quickly. The bees nest has no more activity and Sean warned me over the phone that after spraying for the spiders I may see more activity for a while as they die... which I did and came across a giant spider right outside my house that freaked me out and I took a picture and emailed it to them as I thought it may be a brown recluse. Sean emailed me back within minutes ( mind you this is almost 9pm) and assured me it wasn’t and that it was moving away from my house to die and told me to contact them right away if I had any more concerns. Friday afternoon I found a heavy infiltration of ants in my kitchen. Sean was very quick to respond, and very helpful when discussing our problem and the options. After getting things scheduled Noah came out to our home and he was fantastic. He spent the first chunk of the visit getting to know me, our home and the problems we were having with spiders. He sprayed around the house and also focused on some areas that I was particularly concerned about. He also reassured me that if we had any new spiders or issues that we should call and they would come back out and spray again. A week later we had holes in our walls from the rats. They came that same day to take care of the issue. At the two week mark they had Sean, the head man come out to take a look.
