I watched the technician who performed my service on the cameras around our house. He really hustled, and he seemed to be very thorough, professional and well-trained. The technician even read my note asking him not to kill a spider that had been in a particular spot in our patio all summer, and he wrote on the door hanger that he didn't spray him. (The spider's gone now - don't know if he died anyway or moved on to a spot with more bugs.) I'm still seeing a few ants, but, hopefully, they'll all be gone soon. BTW, my spider was back last night before I posted this. I think he even waved at me when he saw me.

One of the first things was a mouse migration. They were doing construction at the other end of the neighbor and we were apparently the first house without pets, so the horde moved in. Walking around while you were in the same room, without a care in the world. They made them move on or go to the beyond - either way, we have been having them watch over and spray for four, six, and eight legged pests since. - Last big thing was ants that they handled.

Horrible, horrible service. The owner Randy refuses to return phone calls. I got sick after one of the pest treatments at our home. When he didn't return my call to discuss, we called again and CANCELLED SERVICE with LIND PEST CONTROL. (FYI, we had been a long time customer). They continued to deliver services and charge us even after we cancelled service. Instead of talking with us, Randy the owner turned it over to a collection agency. I filed a complaint with the BBB. LIND Pest Control is NOT a BBB member.

As a local Realtor, I often have the need to refer a good local Pest Control company, and Lind Pest Control has been very helpful in helping by clients, whether a buyer or a seller. I always recommend a buyer set up a quarterly treatment schedule on their home. It is what I do and it will likely help avoid future issues with pests like ants, mice, spiders, wasps, etc. The folks at Lind are responsive, honest, and fair. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Our landlord pays for the pest control service. The men that have come in and checked up on our traps have all been very nice. The reason I’m leaving a poor review is the way the scheduling of visits has taken place. They call us the day before simply going “we will be there tomorrow morning at this time”. Me and my roommate do not have consistent schedules for work. And having less than 24 hours to be warned about people needing to come into the home makes it very hard for us to be available, therefore having to reschedule almost every appointment. Every time we have tried to explain that to the receptionist we were met with rudeness and no flexibility. If they were to call us and ask when a good time this week would be to come visit we would be happy to oblige and schedule a time that works with our schedules but we were never given this option.

Lind Pest Control has provided me with pest control services for several years. The services have ranged from rodent control to treating sugar ants in my house. They have also provided repair services for my crawl space to prevent rodents from entering my home. From the owners, Randy and Beth Lind to the office staff and technicians, they have provided quality professional services. Their customer service approach is outstanding. Clerical staff is always efficient and helpful. The technicians are knowledgeable and communicate all necessary information. I have referred friends and neighbors to Lind Pest Control. I highly recommend their services.

They seemed to be nice people, but they didn't accomplish what they agreed to do with the $420 I paid them. Before I contracted with them, I told their technician that my primary concern was to stop the plague of roof rats that was devastating my garden; and that I didn't want to go forward unless they were confident they could do that. .........................................................................One month and $420 later, They've caught one rat in the attic and two outdoor bait stations have been barely touched. My entire beet and carrot patch has been eaten. Nearly every apple on my established tree has been eaten. I had twenty tomato plants that had produced ripe fruit by June 30th. Once the rats started in, every tomato was ruined before it could get ripe. My pea crop was decimated. Now they're eating the tassels of the corn plants (they've left droppings on the leaves). ..........I just had a candid but pleasant conversation with a manager on the phone. The upshot: Their error in judgment will cost them nothing and me $420 and all the crops I've been planning and babying since last fall. When I complained earlier that the rat problem outside was as bad as ever, the technician offered an agreement to keep doing what hadn't worked yet for another $350 or so. To be fair, They acted professionally in the house and were courteous. Lind's technician did point out a rodent access route to the attic which I have since corrected; but that wasn't what I expressly hired them for. Perhaps the technician was understandably reluctant to lose a job for his firm by responding frankly to my primary concern. I just don't believe I should bear the total cost of that mistake.

Good Pest Control, not great at the administrative details. Lind provided services to our home for 3 years -- mostly good communication to schedule the service but the billing was always confusing and they never seemed to use the right method to send me a bill -- drop off at the door, mail, e-mail -- all never what I was expecting and then they would bill me a late fee. The office staff is friendly and professional, and we worked through these types of problems several times over the years, but I would prefer better communication.

Have used Lind for 5 years. They always call before coming out to spray. I have been satisfied with the service they provide. I live a long way out of town and the cost is a bit high for that reason but the service is essential and the office staff is knowledgeable and always polite and friendly. The extermination treatments seem to work on the insects that I want to kill to prevent damage to my home. I have not had any negative experiences with this company.
