Like many homeowners in the valley, we have rats. Harvest Valley Pest Control has helped us gain control of the problem. In addition to the rats, they have sprayed the perimeter and inside our home to control an ongoing ant and earwig issue. When I called to request an additional service, they were able to book an unscheduled bug spray at no additional charge. Every time they have been to our home, the representatives have been friendly and professional.

We have been using Harvest Valley Pest Control at our commercial building for about 9 months now. We originally called them to help us with our sugar ant problem. They did a great job explaining why the ants were returning each year and what our tenants needed to stop doing that was attracting the ants. We have had no problems with the ants since they began our service. We have also had problems with spiders making webs all over our building this summer. David was quick to respond when I alerted him to this new problem. So far we have been spider web free as well. Great service and a great price.

I LOVE Harvest Valley Pest Control. They were THE only company in the valley who would get on top of our roof(cedar) to spray the 20+ wasp nests up there. Every time Rick comes to our house, he is professional, clean and takes the extra 5 seconds to say hello to my 3 year old. I needed him to come out in between our regularly scheduled maintenance visit(wasps are horrible with cedar roofing and siding), and the receptionist was friendly, helpful and had Rick out within 48 hours. I cannot recommend this company enough! They are thorough, detail oriented, organized, friendly and SUPER affordable!

Harvest valley pest control came out to our home in response to an issue with mice. The entire staff we have worked with were professional and always addressed our questions . My phone calls were always answered and they went out of their way to expedite a crawl space clean out. The 2 technicians who came out for the clean out did a great job of cleaning up and taking care of entry points and educating us on areas that we needed to address. We are on their monitoring system and I feel relieved that the issue was solved. I will always recommend this company .

Originally I wanted to get rid of the ants in my house, thinking the cat had taken care of the mice. Well, not only did I still have mice, and ants, but RATS. So the guys set me up with the necessary traps and check them regualarly. They've also told me when I find a rat that needs to be removed, just call them and they'll take care of it anytime. It takes one task off of the never ending home owner list. Really grateful.

They cleaned our crawl spaces, installed new vapor barrier, screened and sealed gaps and holes where rodents could enter, and are managing bait stations outside our house to monitor and control rodent activity. We originally hired Harvest Valley to check under our house for rodents. They found the problem (rats) and did whatever had to be done to fix it. This included cleaning up all the rat feces, plugging up all egress points to the crawlspace, and patching all damage done to duct wrappings. Recently we decided to replace our roof and have had HV check our attic for "critters". They have maintained good communication throughout the process and we have been continuously thankful for their good service!

I called Harvest Valley Pest Control as I kept seeing sugar or concrete ants on floor in my new house. They were gone within 2 weeks after Harvest Valley technician came out. I decided to get on the year round home protection program. The tech comes on their scheduled visit and checks house for any signs of pests. I had wasps nests under roof eaves which they go up and on roof and knock down and apply treatment. The tech notices things I am not aware of such as spider webs and treat them also around outside of house so the bugs never get in the house. Technicians are professional and knowledgeable.

They arrived as scheduled and were very efficient in locating all the problem areas. David explained everything they would do to control the pests and offered several options for future care...a best bet in my opinion. They left the house as they found it with the exception of the condition of the spiders and rodents. We are planning to have their service for the remainder of our homes and offices.

Founder David Kaylor came out to our house after my wife found birds living in the bathroom vent. I called Harvest Valley Pest Control and David came out exactly when he said he would. He was extremely friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. On the phone he gave me an estimate. When he arrived he advised me that what was originally estimated he could do for less than quoted. He didn't have to do that. His experience was evident in his hard work and professionalism. Harvest Valley Pest Control performed a pest treatment for ants at my home. David with Harvest Valley Pest was prompt and called prior to arrival to confirm the treatment. David did a great job of explaining how he was going to perform the evaluation, treatment and how it works. He evaluated the property and applied both a spray and bait in the areas needed. He did a tremendous job, was very fair with the prices and courteous. I have no issues recommending his services for those who are looking for pest management services. There are many companies doing this type work that are not doing what they should be doing or providing proper customer care. Harvest Valley Pest Control is providing the proper treatment when it is called for and not spraying just to be spraying. They are providing a true pest management service. I highly recommend his services.

When we noticed rodent activity in our crawl space in January 2017, we called Harvest Valley Pest. They identified the problem within five minutes and began the process for eliminating Norwegian rats. A long process, but they were very careful about our home, keeping it clean and completing the work as soon as possible. I had Harvest Valley Pest come out a couple of weeks ago to take care of some paper wasps in my eves and yellow jackets swarming around the trees and the house. We couldn't even take our dogs outside without being swarmed and chased back inside! They were able to come out quickly and David and his crew were very knowledable and professional. Harvest Valley has done a superb job for me over the course of the last three months. They have come out every time I have requested them for a quick extra go over. We have a bad time with sugar ants over the course of many years. I've tried multiple means to get rid of them to no avail. Within weeks of them spraying, 95% of them disappeared. We had a few groups that returned, but with a call, they were extinguished. Having now sold our house, we'll be moving on. If we had chosen to remain in the valley, Harvest Valley would be my first and only choice. Thanks Everyone-you all did a great job!
