My service rep is Nick whom has the best customer service and really helps explain when, what needs to be done and how I can help myself. (I see ants inside my house and I freak out a little...) The office staff has also been wonderful to work with always polite and friendly. I refer Eco Elite to everyone I know. They are affordable and great to work with.

Really great service! They were able to send a technician out the next day, Jared was very professional, and pleasant. He answered my many questions, and walked me through the whole process. This is my first time using an exterminator but their prices seem more than reasonable, and I'm glad we went with their quarterly service, one day later and I've already notice a big improvement, but it's nice to know they offer free retreats in between the quarterly visits. I have always had great results with this company. I called on Monday, and a technician, Jordan, was here on Tuesday afternoon. Talk about prompt service! He was able to determine what the pest infestation was, biscuit beetles, that came in through purchased dry goods. He looked through the pantry, found the offending dry goods, and told me how to watch for others. Best of all, there was no charge. Thank you very much for your help.

Terrible customer service. Last two quarterly services we specifically asked them to clean cobwebs from under eaves in back yard. Didn’t do it both times requested and was told after second time they would send someone back out and give us a credit for next quarterly service. We don’t even know if they ever came to treat the backyard! When I called a few days ago about our credit they said they had no record of that and refused to give us the credit after 5 years of being a customer!

I live in Tehaleh in Bonney Lake and I signed up for the bimonthly plan. Their website explains it pretty well. Jordan came out on 5/18 and he did a great job. He explained the process and the chemicals they use. The price and customer service is A+.

I am a new property manager at a company. A tenant asked them to do treatment. After that, we receive a bill with $108 dollar and many documents need to sign to agree for a continual service. It look like that you can only obtain $108 dollar price if ask them to service at 4 times a year. When I call them, they said only first one time service will be $186 and second one time service will be 140. I told them that other property manager in our company used their service many times, could they give me any discount? A guy said "No, you must pay $186 normal price, it is the cheapest one in the state. otherwise, we will send it to collection." I plan to pay the one time bill and never use their service again because I know the price of many many companies is about $90 dollars per treatment. -------------------------------------------------------------- Just see the owner response. Thanks for the response! However, it look like that the owner still do not understand it is the behavior of staff make custom angry. Owner only mentioned my first time call. What make me angry is not the first time call, I agree to pay the price in the policy. What make me angry is the word of the guy in the second time call and third time call, "No,........ send it to collection", it can not be accept by a custom who have ordered the service many times. Actually, we ordered the service many times before, In the policy, customer have discount from second time. Even I told the guy which day we ordered what service before, the guy still want to charge highest normal price. When I call them fourth time, a lady agree to give me discount and agree that we pay current $108.50 for the one time service and the due will become 0. Thanks for the kindness of the lady. However, before the guy (maybe owner?) really "apologize" to me, I have no plan to order the any service from this company. PS: all the price in this post is the price include TAX.

We put off calling an exterminator for three years, thinking we could get the ants under control. This year, however, the ants pushed us too far, and after we found nests in our router, computer, fish tank light, sewing machine, kitchen, bathroom, and pantry, we finally called EcoElite. Roger came out for the first treatment and listened to our concerns and then carefully went from room to room, spraying and baiting and letting us know what he was doing and what to expect. After the first treatment, we had just a few straggling colonies (which we expected based on the severity of our infestation), so Roger came back out and treated the house again. Choosing Eco Elite as our pest control company was one of the best choices we've made so far as homeowners. Their techs are always prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous, and the services provided are invaluable. We purchased a home in 2014, and were unable to eliminate an odiferous ant problem ourselves. After several quarterly perimeter treatments, and two or three internal treatments, we no longer see ants inside the house. Recently we heard noises in exterior walls, and called to have them check for possible rodents. Adrianna, our current regular tech, came by and inspected for points of entry and set traps in the most likely location. Brandon B., owner, gave great recommendations via email for how to deal with sudden bad odor in kitchen whose source could not be located and which seemed related to rodent issue. Had a follow up visit scheduled for next week, but found a triggered trap this morning, and, because I was so concerned about a sudden increase in the kitchen smell (which had been fading), Brandon had Adrianna swing by this evening to clear it. She took extra steps to reinspect potential entry points, rule out down to the original suspect, and made recommendations that we can do ourselves to further deter furry pests. I'm confident they'll help us take care of this issue, just as well as they did with the ants.

Friendly, knowledgeable, quick response, flexible, and got the job done. They came out for a rodent inspection since we had seen rats in the garage. They did a full property inspection looking for entry points and any activity within the house. We were advised of the one possible entry point to patch up. They also set traps to help take care of the rats, which comes with a 45 day warranty. They also responded quickly as we only set the appointment up the day prior to them coming out. It was great to get such a quick response. Then apparently the technician assigned called in sick the morning of the appointment (it's that time of year, it happens). They were flexible enough to still get someone out here within 15 minutes of our appointment time. We didn't have to reschedule or wait many hours. Highly recommended.

I want to give a special acknowledgement to Roger! He has been our guy who immediately created a warm and professional interaction with my household and I since we called in about a roof rat infestation this past fall/winter. This company is prompt, responds immediately, and communicates effectively. As anxiety inducing as rodent and bug infestations are, Eco Elite (and Roger) were understanding and solved the problem right away. They set traps, made inspections, gave succinct information about why an infestation like roof rats can and do happen, ensured that we had points of communication in case we needed to report any new developments, but most importantly they followed up within a short few weeks to see if the traps were working and they adjusted accordingly. I feel taken care of with this company. I would give 10 stars to Roger if this site would let me review an employee's work performance. I highly recommend Eco Elite.

(Cross posted this review from my Yelp review because everybody should know about and give these guys a chance. . .) Two words for why Eco Elite Pest Control gets 5 stars here: Arthur Navarro. We bought an old house in North Ballard (built in the 1940s), and the previous owners did literally no maintenance. Roof tears off? Just nail it back down. Sewer back-flowing into the basement? Just put a platform over it and occasionally snake it. Rat poop all over? Meh, just ignore it. Suffice to say, there are a ton of access points, spiders, silver fish, other bugs, and about everything else an 80-year-old house can run into with 8 years of neglect. Eco Elite Pest Control has been working on this place for several months now. We signed up for the annual service with quarterly installments. They come every 3 months and spray a natural spray around the foundations that TOTALLY works. We went from knowing any day you didn't see a spider meant finding 2 the next day, to not seeing any for literally 2-2.5 months. And one of those spiders was so big I vacuumed it up and just left the vacuum outside for a few weeks rather than risk opening that bag up with him still pissed off in there, so that is a huge relief. But the real 5-star part comes with the rats. We have both roof rats and Norwegian rats. The home inspector said the attic was so bad it looked like a family of cats was living up there. Eco Elite comes out any time we call them, which we do any time we see 'rat signs' or hear them scurrying around. Today, they caught 3 in the attic, and 3 more in the crawl space. But remember, ask for Arthur. SUPER nice guy who works his a** off every time. Crawls every inch of accessible space sealing up holes and entry points, and knows his business. Seriously, I don't want this to sound like a fake review by overselling the guy, but as long as Arthur is working on our house for Eco Elite, I will stay with Eco Elite. -Scott

After moving into our new house we found that ants were living there, in almost every room upstairs and downstairs coming in at a steady stream. It was so bad I was losing sleep over it, finding them occasionally on our bed or on our baby. We don't have pets, vacuumed several times daily, and never once saw an ant even carrying a crumb in our kitchen or elsewhere. They were just living here in thousands! I would fantasize about finding their nests and pouring gasoline on them with a match. But they are apparently subterranean and nearly impossible to find. Not only did Eco Elite's guys take care of what seemed to be an impossible problem, they were very friendly and informative. I called with TONS of questions and always received very good information and patient responses (despite my obvious distress). Now, the weather is warming up again and the ants' numbers should be spiking, but no longer are they living in our house. It is such a relief! If we had more pests I would call Eco Elite again with out a second thought.

Eco Elite is hands-down the very best pest control company around. I have personally been a customer for around a decade or so and with multiple properties. There is a reason for that. I started with the company when it was a one-man band so to speak and the company has grown tremendously since, with many original and loyal customers remaining - the reason is that they truly care and they treat all of their clients like family. They've always taken such good care of me! I am on a quarterly service, but if I ever had interim needs they've always come out to take care of me right away at no extra charge. Just recently, I've decided to sell my home and something came up in the inspection report regarding potential pest entry into the home at the exterior. I called Eco-Elite and they came out immediately - went above and beyond and helped to address any potential exterior entry points. Every single employee that I have ever worked with in the company, be it the owner "Brandon", the customer service agents, "Courtney and Marina" or the account managers and techs "Chris, Sam, Josh" and many others - it's always been a very warm and positive experience. Simply put, they are amazing, and I HIGHLY recommend them for your pest control needs - and watch out, you may just make another friend or two. :)

I called Eco Elite a little over a year ago and signed up for a bi monthly service as we had some major issues with sugar ants inside of our house. Since we started spraying the ant issue has minimized greatly. We find them in the house every once in awhile, which I expect, but we don’t have trails of them on the outside or inside of the house like we used to. So far the employees who have come out to spray have been very polite and professional. It’s easy to pay your invoice. Their customer service has been great. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our technician, Roger, is incredibly knowledgeable about critters. Roger is extremely friendly and approachable especially when I have to talk to him about disgusting or scary things trapped in our crawl space. Whenever he visits, he not only eradicates the problem, he gives me additional information on how to prevent future infestations from occurring. In addition, Roger will go above and beyond and notice the signals to other potential issues and share with me how to see the signs and protect my home. Roger was at my house 2 weeks ago for our quarterly treatment. Soon after, I had a ground beehive problem and without hesitation or delay, Roger came to my house just yesterday to take care of it. I appreciate and trust that the Eco Elite team and Roger will take care of the things I need to have done.

We paid the $179 plus tax "Ant Treatment" for the small ants making sand piles on our patio. The tech was nice and we talked about different treatments and how to address the pavement ants (not sugar ants) we had. I wanted to eliminate the nests that were close to our doors in order to prevent them from coming in. So far they have only been outside our house. The tech would only treat the patio where it met the foundation and said the product would work for 3 months. It has been 10 days and the ants are back, making their little piles of sand. I don't want to spend $50 to have them come back since it doesn't seem like the first treatment worked. I'm sure they will say it's my fault because I didn't let them spray the entire perimeter of the house but I didn't want to kill other insects unnecessarily. I just wanted to create a boundary that would ensure the ants wouldn't start coming in the house.

We purchased the 45-day rodent control plan from Eco Elite to address a rat problem in our attic. TJ from Eco Elite was fantastic throughout the whole time period. He efficiently found the entry points used by the rats, set poison and baited traps around and inside the home, and sealed the rooftop entry points in a way that the rats could get out but not in. Then, once the rat was eliminated, TJ sealed the rooftop entry points completely. TJ was prompt, professional and took great care in making sure we were rat free. Thanks TJ!

Did a 1-year contract specifically b/c of rodents. Cancelled contract with 1 remaining service left b/c I'd rather pay 1/2 for poor service than pay full amount. 1st time a tech inspected crawl space, I was horrified to see rat droppings & a dead rat! Every other month a tech noted the droppings were "old," & "no new activity." Tech spent about 10 minutes in the crawl space. I was told bait in traps lasts "forever" so didn't need to be refreshed. I had a supervisor come out & finally got a thorough service (changed bait, checked all traps, removed rat poop).

Really happy with my decision to call Eco Elite for my spider problem. They are easy to work with on scheduling, and the techs are very understanding of my extreme arachnophobia. To the point of tearing off the part of the handout that has a picture of a spider before they hand it to me. Roger did an exceptional job with my bimonthly treatment yesterday. Even taking extra time to install some mesh that I'd bought for my shower fan, because I'm convinced spiders are dropping in to my bathtub from there. And picking up a dead spider that appeared shortly after he finished the treatment. He was very thorough in checking for all possible entry points, even adding traps on a plant ledge under a very high window, and knocking down webs that I can't reach, both inside and out. And, he identified a potential fire hazard with a wire screen that was placed on my dryer vent. Definitely above and beyond. I highly recommend Eco Elite, and Roger!

The worst part is that they are completely ineffective. To make it worse, the service tech was rude and condescending. We signed up for a 1 year contract, which apparently means the service techs now stop by completely unannounced, leave a flyer that said there were there and then they bill us for it. I left out the part where they actually treat the house because they never entered the house since it was locked, I didn't notice that they had actually performed any of the treatments the invoice claimed they had performed on the exterior of the house, and if they did perform some treatments they had no effect. Save your money, these folks won't help.

This company does not follow through on their agreements. I had and still have an ant problem. I had EcoElite come out and they did a perimeter spray. My ant problem increased in activity and so I called them back. When I talked to the customer service representative she advised this is normal as the ants are searching for a way to escape. She then proceeded to tell me to call back in a few weeks if it didn't go away. I then called back and they told me I had to pay more money after paying them $189 to do a follow up. I should have just gone to Home depot and bought paremiter spray myself and saved $160 and not had to deal with these scam artists.

We've been using Elite Pest Control for about 5 months now to eradicate the rats that had always been in the surrounding areas but had finally made an appearance in our home. When my husband saw one in our family room we knew the problem was worse than we could even see. Elite sent someone out to our home promptly, (I'm going to say it was within a day?) and Jared immediately determined a couple of ways they were getting in through the garage and where they had been. He set a few traps in our home, in our garage and 4 bait stations outside. In the past few months, we've seen no new traces of rats but the bait stations show they have been around, have been eating the bait and their numbers are being reduced. I'm very satisfied with the results so far. I'm particularly happy with Elite's service because of Jared who is the young man checking our traps and bait stations each month. He has listened to my concerns, offered suggestions to make our home, garage and yard less attractive to rodents, and is always prompt and courteous. I felt immediate relief after his first visit when he told me confidently that he was sure he could take care of the problem. Jared is an excellent representative for Elite. I would never hesitate to refer the company to friends or family or call Elite again in the future for any other pest issues when I know they have such fine employees like Jared working for them. I've had a horrible experience with sugar ants after being in my house for less than a year. I've tried every home remedy and chemical at the stores but couldn't get rid of the ants. I finally decided to hire a pest company after doing my research online and through phone calls. I decided to go with Eco Elite and am very glad I did. After my first treatment I did decide to go with their year plan because with the amount of ants we had and hearing from my neighbors our neighborhood is infested I didn't want to risk having such a problem year round.
