I have been working Eagle Pest for over a year now and the service has always been spot on. They are diligent in treating and always provide a comprehensive plan for pest control of all types. For the past several months I have been working with Jon Limbeck on a fairly intense project. The issues at hand have been managed and Jon's customer service to make sure all is taken care of has been above and beyond. Eagle Pest is a professional company with excellent service all around. I love working with them and look forward to our continued working relationship.

There's nothing worse when your house is attacked by rats! We called Eagle Pest Eliminators and had the good fortune to work with Spencer. Wow, he is top notch! We received superior service from Spencer. He cared about solving our problem. He installed screening, traps (indoor and outdoor), and helped us to protect our shed just to name a few. My wife and I are very appreciative to have worked with this company and Spencer. Highly recommend!

Worst service ever,the guy came out and just stared at my house. Then he told me he didn't know what to do. He charged me 160 dollars and never fixed the problem. I have rotton wood on my deck and there is something eating the wood, he had no idea how to deal with it. His truck said bird expert. I do not have a bird problem.Now I will have to find a legitimate exterminator and pay again. Do not use these guys or you will be writing a negative review just as I am having to do.

Thank goodness we found Eagle Pest Eliminators! We had been challenged with pigeons and sparrows roosting and nesting in the eves of our new home and it was doing damage to the house in addition to causing daily stress. Nik at Eagle was efficient, informative and professional to say the least. His communication was clear and comprehensive and since his visit, we no longer have any issues. Thank you Nik and Eagle!!

We called Eagle to help us out with those pesky sugar ants! They came out to our house super fast (talking same day here!). Jon was amazingly knowledgeable about how to get rid of them and fast. They treated the exterior of the house and gave us some "yummy" bait for inside (along with the warning that the ants will go crazy for it and come out of the wood works) and soon they were gone and havent been back!! We will for sure only be using Eagle for any pest issues we may come across in the future and will also be requesting Jon be our "bug guy"!

I have a rental house and my tenant said that she had bed bugs. I thought what do I do now. I looked on the internet and the first place I called was Eagle Pest Eliminators. They were fast at responding back which is very unusual these day. I talked to Delores who very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so very understanding with my situation because my tenant who was not cooperating with me at all. When I was able to get into the house I was blessed to have the technician named Todd arrive. He had been an exterminator for over 20 years. Oh boy does he know his stuff. He was able to locate where the bed bugs were coming from and made recommendations. This is only my 1st treatment but I am confident that with his expertise there will be no problem getting rid of them. Not only are they good but there prices are cheaper then there competitors. Nik at Eagle inspected for suspected birds and other pests in attic, crawl space, and exterior eves. Nik was thorough, courteous and professional. His evaluation was presented clearly, and he answered all of our questions. The Eagle staff folks were helpful as well.

E.P.E is the best out there. I have used other companies but was not happy with their communication. E.P.E came out and addressed all of my concerns and even pointed out a couple areas I would not have thought about. When calling the office they are always professional and seem to really love their jobs. I have had a couple different technicians treat my house and I must say they all have been very friendly, knowledgeable, clean, professional, and the most important for me is trusting. I will be recommending E.P.E to anyone and everyone I can.

This company is contracted by the apartment complex we live in and we have ants. The 'kid' who came out was very rude, very short, actually told my roommate he didn't have time to answer my questions, because I have a 2 year and had concerns. He just wanted to fill my tiny apartment with chemicals and be done with it even though there are 5 other units going untreated and connected to mine. Then in response to if the others would be treated he acted like he had no communication with the apartment managers at all whatsoever or any idea of a plan of action, just chemicals or bait in your apartment so every ant in the complex comes to you. I've dealt with other exterminators so I know there are alternatives to chemicals and baiting and NEVER have I been asked to leave my home for 2 hours to be "safe" so this company seems to be chemical crazy. If you have animals or kids look elsewhere. AND you guys lie it seems to put yourself in a better light? I was never home with a sick child when your technician came over or I would have spoken to him face to face. And a prep sheet? We may as well move out to prep for your "treatment" it's a tiny apartment I can "bait" all by myself! But I don't want all the ants in the complex coming to my HOME! Seems reasonable I would think? And never was a drill and treat ever mentioned so dont know where you pulled that from. I even spoke to someone in your office on the phone before your technician arived on 6/18/18 and they were short and rude just like him and offered absolutely no assistance whatsoever except to tell me to talk to your technician who also had no idea what was going on with the complex or if other units attached to ours would be addressed. As a professional company who is said to be at the complex every Monday to address issues, would you not have a game plan for the whole complex set up with management? Do you treat just part of a house? Can you not treat the outside of a building? Oh wait, it's probably hazardous so that's why you do it inside? Basically we got to this point because your customer service overall is very lacking as evidence in your reply both here and in every instance I have spoken with your company thus far. That's all anyone should need to know who is reading a review. Thank you I'll go elsewhere even if I have to pay for it myself. Others can decide for themselves based on what they see here.

This. Company. Is. AMAZING! They know how to run a business and they do everything right. Their administrative staff is not only responsive, but apologetic if they have oversights. Delores, part of the administrative staff, is terrific to work with, respectful, and quickly responds to all inquiries. Jon, our service manager, is top-notch! He knows this field, is clearly an expert, and is passionate. Jon is also effective and efficient in his work ethic; he was in and out, was cogent yet succinct in his feedback and recommendations, and clearly wanted to ensure his customer service was excellent as well as I knew all my options to be able to make an informed decision. Additionally, if that isn't enough for you, their prices are amazing!
