I called this company for a quote and was so put off by the person who answered the phone that I ended the conversation and went with another company. If you cannot be polite with a potential new customer, I do not even want to know how awful you might treat me once you have a contract with me. This is basic business sense, your front desk staff needs to be trained on basic skills and how to be cheerful and polite, not rude, condescending and impatient.

I called them and asked some questions about my bees nest and treatment for one and was treated super poorly. I felt that I was calling them for help and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. You're there to help others, with their pest needs....you should be able to speak to people in a helpful manner. Not condescend and laugh at someone. I would never recommend this company nor will I ever be calling them again. it takes a lot to offend me, and this phone call really did just that. Unhelpful. And Rude.

Granted, it has been years since we used this service, but after we invited rats to our home by putting out bird feeders, and concerned about pets and other wildlife, we had them come out and survey the situation and make some recommendations. They had a program perfect for us. People expect miracle overnight results; it takes time and vigilance. After a few months we have never seen another rat (yes, we removed the bird feeders, too).

Had a treatment done on my home. No improvement at all! The man who showed up seemed either high or hung over--so maybe I shouldn't be surprised. I was treated very poorly by every receptionist I talked to. They talked over me, never called me back, and also lied in their notes on their computer. They don't take any responsibility for the lack of results. Unprofessional company. They don't care if you're not satisfied with their service, so buyer beware!
