We have been using American Pest Services for several years now and they do a great job of keeping the rats and other pests out of our home. Josh comes regularly and checks the traps under the house to make sure nothing has been caught. He also checks the edges of our home to make sure there are no places they are trying to chew back in. He did find a couple places where rats were digging under the foundation and filled them with concrete which seemed to work. We also had some ants that would swarm into our house every summer and he treated the walls (I guess they were living there??) and they have not been back since. He does treat the outside of the house several times a year so that probably keeps them out. The office has been very friendly and helpful any time we have questions. Overall we are very pleased with the level of service they have provided over the years and would recommend them to everybody.

I was stung by a hornet and was not happy to see a large hornet's nest in my tree. I chose American Pest Services because they had great reviews. And now this is another one! Josh came out earlier than I expected (to my delight!) and immediately took down the nest. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable service and will use them again in the future for problems around the house with insects. Thank you so much!!!!

We've used them to refer to both buyers and sellers and on our own home ever since. They stand behind their work and while the techs in the field change, if you ever have an issue, they'll take care of it.

We purchased a new home that had rats. We called American Pest Services to deal help us deal with the problem. The inspectors came out and patched a few holes, but the rats kept coming. We were assured that every time a rodent was caught (and we caught 4), they checked the premises again for any missed entrances. As it turns out, American Pest Services had completely missed two large entrances into the crawlspace where the rats were getting in and nesting. For the amount we paid for the services, a miss this big is inexcusable, and caused us to pay even more for several unnecessary technician visits. We would have been better off never hiring this company, because in the end we ended up having to find and deal with the source of the problem ourselves.

We bought a house some months ago and hired them especially to prevent rats in our attic. Each monthly visit we got a different tech visit our home, tell us all was well, and give us conflicting guidance to prevent rodents. After several months of charging us for the visits and giving us an all-clear, we had another pest company do a full inspection. They found not only evidence of rats, but an infestation in the attic + mice in crawlspace. I have pictures to prove this. And I have pictures of the American Pest Services statements saying all clear. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are not qualified AT ALL!!!

I had been a customer for monthly pest control until the tech ran over our Christmas lights with the cart he pulls in the yard. Then the tech came out and I asked to have my laurel hedge sprayed as it is being ate by something. He said no problem he could handle it but still having issues. I then called the office to see if there was anything else they could do. I was told the tech would call me to let me know what can be done. After a week I got no call from the office or tech. I called today to ask what can be done. I was told they can not help and I would need to call an arborist. Which is ok but between the destroying of our Christmas lights and not telling me the customer and no follow up after the customer calls for help. Needless to say I canceled my monthly service with them. Do not do business with American Pest and crawl as they have zero follow up and do not care about customers property.
