Excellent and most affordable rodent service done by this company. They were fast in response and offered us a huge discount compared to others.They came about a week now. And no mice problem again. They get the job done. I will use them again.

These guys have done a perfect job for fixing our mice issue. I called two other companies who just came to put traps but this company did a thorough job as I watch them sealing holes and looking every where. They charge us reasonably and we don't see the mice again. They are very professional.

This company has one of the worst customer service in the market. They don't come to the scheduled appointments and don't even call back. In addition, the charge different amount of money when they come (if they come) for service.

EXCELLENT service provided by this company and they were prompt to respond to our emergency need. They really deserve more than five star . Our back door was opening and a rat came into the basement trying to find its way out. OMG...we all get out of the house and my daughter promise not to come back to the house. Kofi and his team responded when we called and immediately trap the rat inside and caught it. That gave us much peace. They a lot of traps and sprayed outside to repel all rodents. Good Job

They fix my problem and am happy l called them. We just started seeing mice droppings in our kitchen and basement. Nothing like this has happened before ever since we bought our house. After calling around we settle on this company because of their good price and their immediate responds. its been a months now and am surprised we haven't seen any droppings yet and i like how Richie sealed all possible entering point that really works.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Primax Pest Control services. It is some of the WORST service I have ever received. About a month ago, they charged us $200 to exterminate our kitchen. We made an appointment for 9:30am and they showed up at 1. When we were still seeing bugs we called back and they said "Oh, yeah, they will slowly die. Give it time." Two weeks later when we were still seeing bugs, they came back again to do another service. This service was $90. They were about 3 hours late AGAIN. When we tried to call the front desk to see what was going on we were told, "They are on the way" until eventually we stopped calling. Yesterday we were STILL having problems and I demanded that they come back and do another service. They told us that they would send out the manager at 3:30 today. It is now almost 8 and no one has shown up. I called the front desk and was told "I will check with the technician and call you back." That was at 5. Our calls to the company are now going unanswered. Needless to say I have called Orkin who is sending out a technician tomorrow morning to actually solve our problem. Don't waste your time and money!!
