I had them do a termite inspection on my house in the woods. Gene explained how the bait system that most companies try to sell you is a waste of time and money. He did an inspection and did not find any evidence of termites so did not try to sell me a service that I did not need (or upsell me with anything else). Very refreshing to deal with an honest company!

I have used them for about four years and enjoy not walking into spider webs, looking out for bugs around the outside of the house and wasps and hornets nests. Gene is very knowledgeable about bugs good and bad. He will answer any questions I have regarding landscaping. He also uses only environmentally friendly products. Well worth the money!

Gene at Planet Friendly Pest Control is the definition of professional. Prompt and on time, he quickly treated our yard and was on his way. Even left a little warning sign to keep pets and children away for a few days. We first used Planet Friendly Pest Control when we moved into a house and had a termite treatment done for the move in process. A few months later we found evidence of potentially new termite activity and Gene was there within a few days laying waste free of charge as per their great warranty. It's been two years and we haven't seen anything since. I've since scheduled routine inspections and treatments now that we're renting the house trusting that the work will be done properly in our absence.
