DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING FOUNDATION REPAIR WORK!! No matter what they say they can do, they hire people that has had “experience” with foundation repair, but they don’t and won’t hire engineers or have any knowledge of structural loads! This company will cost you $$thousands after they left the job.

Long Story Short, I haven't had need to use the company for Pest Control but little did I know that our paths would cross. My Pocket book was stolen from my car at a daycare a short distance from this company. I was heartbroken and felt violated and also scared because all my personal information including my work badge was in my wallet. Of course I started the process immediately of cancelling cards and everything. A week to-the-day had passed and of course I had given up hope that I would ever see my pocketbook or lunch bag that was also stolen. While I was at work, I received a phone call from a gentleman who was asking to speak to me, after confirming who I was he said " well this is going to sound weird but my name is Keenan, today I found a pocketbook and all its contents behind our work building" WOW music to my ears!! He went on to explain that because of the recent snow on the ground the bicycle tracks in the direction of the back of the building caught his eye, he walked behind the building seen a pocketbook and all its contents picked up everything and noticed a work badge and decided to call to my job and ask for me. Of course I thanked him repeatedly! I tell this story because maybe i haven't had a need to use the actual service at this time but this speaks volumes about the integrity and character of the people that work for this company. Not only did he go out of his way to collect the items on the ground but Keenan went the extra mile to find the owner of the items. Surely a person that would go the extra mile to return items missing from someone would go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service to those that do business with this company! Thanks Keenan!! God Bless You! Its great to Know Good HONEST People still exist in this world!! That's a company I wanna do business with! And you should too. Great customer and first rating service! First visit was face to face meeting to hear what's our needs are. No hussle and very honest. It was great experience. Now days everything is either phone or online to start service which can be stressful if you are not sure what you are getting into. After that, I received a call to set up appt! They worked with our requested date/time which we were very happy. On the day of actual service, received a call from technician in advance and they show up on time. My mother doesn't speak English well but they patiently worked with my mother and service was completed in professional matter. My mother was very pleased! I own a small business taking care of the elderly. We constantly have food out, either cleaning up the last meal or putting the next one on. That being said, we never had bad bug problems, however for my business seeing one bug is seeing too many. I called Pestout and set up a once a month preventative service with them. Every month like clockwork they call and ask me what time would work best to come out and treat. It has been two years and I am yet to see a bug anywhere in my business/home! They have even offered to treat my garage while they are out (something that was not part of my original agreement with them). Pestout goes above and beyond! They even put on little fabric shoe protectors when they come inside...now that's respectful. I am yet to meet one of their service technicians that I don't like. They are all kind and respectful and listen if I have any special instructions. I would recommend Pestout not only to those having bug problems but to those that would like to never have bug problems to begin with. A+ Pestout! See you next month!

I owe Pest Out and it's employees and apology. I made a earlier review based in anger and a misunderstanding of information. Though my infestation is not 100% cleared up Pest Out indeed fulfilled the letter of their treatment plan and it was extremely effective. While I would have preferred a complete clear up of the problem with the initial treatment plan I understand, things happen and the way I treated the young lady I spoke too was unprofessional and rude. I will be speaking to her and offering an apology. The manager has called me back and we will hopefully work out our differences to the benefit of both of us . Use the company, they kill bugs. Sometimes you just need more patience.
