We have the Ring video doorbell and able to see what the technician did. He actually sprayed 4 squirts from his handheld bottle on the front porch. He wrote on the ticket that he sprayed around the doors and windows. I know for a fact he did not do this on the front porch. I could have done a better job with a can of Raid and saved myself $$$. We will definitely cancel any future services with Pest Solutions. I wonder if we really received our money’s worth on any of their visits.

The office staff has graciously helped me get on board with my computer by cheerfully answering the same questions several times until I had a clear understanding of what to do.
