We were having issues with ants in and around our home, so we called My Pest Pros. Brett came out did a treatment and told us to call if the ants continued to be a problem. I called a week later and told Brett the ants were still around. He came back that week and did another treatment and we have been ant free since. Finding unwanted pests in the house can be a traumatizing experience. I had several companies come through my house to give me estimates and their prices were astronomical. I even paid several companies a lot of money to deal with the problem but the bugs were never completely eradicated and then they didn't return my calls to come back for follow up treatments! Brett and My Pest Pros came over and created a strategy to exterminate the bugs once and for all and gave me a really fair price. I was allowed to make multiple payments on my terms and they were so flexible the whole way. The work was extremely high quality and they were not satisfied until I was satisfied with the success of the treatments. They backed up their work with a guarantee and were diligent about making appointments on time so that I wasn't waiting around wasting my time. They even worked around my ridiculous schedule to come in the evenings and on weekends. I was overwhelmed when I discovered my house was infested with bed bugs and I lost sleep at night with anxiety. My Pest Pros solved my problem once and for all and did so in a professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone that had to deal with any pest problems. Fair price, dependable friendly service, work around my busy schedule and continued service until the customer is completely satisfied. What more could you ask for.

We were having a fly problem in the house and Robert was SO HELPFUL. He spent time walking through the house and helping me diagnose the problem. Contrary to my expectations, he encouraged me to find and eliminate the source (free!) versus immediately spraying chemicals (which would be less effective and more costly. He gave me some recommendations and told me to give them a call if the flies didn’t clear out in 2 weeks. Super impressed at how through and honest this business is. Fleas had invaded my 5 month-old baby's room and I needed some help ASAP. Brett at My Pest Pros was a lifesaver for us. He managed to make it out to our house that evening for a treatment and left me feeling positive about returning to our home. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I first emailed on a Sunday morning and within an hour the owner (Brent Lieberman) emailed me back with a response. I asked if I needed him to come in for the issue I had and he was actually honest enough to say no! From that moment, I knew I would only use this company for my pest needs. Months later, when I finally did schedule an appointment, Brent arranged to personally do the spraying himself even though it wasn't an especially attractive time (Friday early evening). A final bonus is that they will respray for free within a month of the initial appointment (or within any timeframe if you sign up for their annual plan).

We had an excellent experience with My Pest Pros. Shamil Wali was our technician and he was great. He was very punctual, professional, and very respectful of our home. He took time to explain everything he was doing and was very diligent and thorough. We have a toddler, so Shamil was very certain to explain how his treatment was safe for our family. He event made a complimentary return visit to our house for follow-up that was not required with our service. At the end of the treatment, he helped clean up as well. Shamil really went above and beyond what we expected and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of his service. I will recommend My Pest Pros, and specifically Shamil, to anyone who asks.

They initially stated they were going to come out about three or four days from the day I scheduled my appointment for roaches. However, the owner was kind enough to work with me and come by the day of the appointment. In addition, he was honest about the roaches in that it was not an infestation. I would recommend MyPestPros without hesitation.

I absolutely love working with My Pest Pros. I have been using My Pest Pros for almost 2 years and could not be happier. Our home and yard are pest free, the treatments used are safe for my family and our dog, and the customer service is great. This is a family owned business that cares about its customers - each one of us - and you feel that when you work with them. Before switching to them, we used one company for pests and termites and another for mosquitoes. The pest and termite services were provided by different divisions of one company, but it might as well have been 2 different companies. Nothing was coordinated and I paid 3 different sets of bills. I also had ants that would not go away. They would come back out and treat, but within a few weeks, the ants would be back. Since switching to My Pest Pros, we are pest free (including the ants), I have a single monthly bill that covers all of my services (for a better price than I was paying before), I have access to an online account that details each treatment, I receive a courtesy call reminding me of my upcoming treatments and I know that if anything comes up, they are a call away. My spouse has a pretty significant bug phobia, so even the sighting of the smallest bug can cause anxiety. The owner, Brett Lieberman, has personally come to our home to problem solve for us. When we had a mouse in our house (leftover from new home construction), he worked with us to vacate our visitor and protect our home from any future guests. Our personal tech, Frank, has been wonderful and notified me when he saw action at our outside bait station, even identifying a hole that he thought might be a home. Sure enough, I found a dead rat in our yard the day after he filled the bait station. They don't hesitate to come out even for the smallest sighting of ants or silverfish. It's not easy living with a bug-phobic spouse. My Pest Pros is like family. They take care of us so we can live at home in peace!

My Pest Pros has been serving us for over a year now at our personal properties, office, and rental properties. We have nothing but good things to say about their entire team, from Rayna and Andew in the office, to Brett the owner, as well as several of their technicians. I was told after an initial snake treatment that I didn't need a second treatment, even though they originally told me we would need it. We have had problems for years with ants and gave up trying to get rid of them ourselves. Nothing worked. I wasn't going to call anyone until my dog tested positive for Lyme Disease. That was it. We wanted our yard treated for ticks to protect our dog and us too. Along the way, the ants have left as well as a very bad bee situation in our porch.
