Called My Exterminator because they were a referral from a friend. We had ants in the kitchen and they seemed to be multiplying. The exterminator sprayed all through the house and was able to eliminate the ants. They came back upstairs several weeks later when the weather got cold and the exterminator came back and was able to spray and get rid of those as well.

About three weeks ago we horrifically discovered bed bugs in our home. We called this company and they were available for an inspection that day. The employee (Corey) was very knowledgeable about bed bugs and reassured us that bed bugs is indeed a manageable problem. He certainly eased our initial panic. After the inspection, he recommended we heat treat two bedrooms since only the one was truly infested (treated the room with the shared wall to be safe). After heat treatment the rest of our home Nd furniture was chemically treated as a preventative. We are currently three weeks bed bug free! Thank you My Exterminator LLC and your staff for making this miserable experience much more manageable!

I called my exterminator after doing some searches about different other options and I am happy that I chose them. My specialist was Corey and he was knowlegable, polite and detailed about what he was doing. I still have not seen the result as it takes 2 weeks as he mentioned for the treatment to work but I will definitely go back to check the property to see how it worked because if it does not they will do another treatment for a lower price.
