I called Mitchell Pest Services to validate another inspector's 5 minute inspection wherein that inspector said that we had termite damage in the garage, requiring a $599 treatment and repair. Mitchell sent Stephen Brouse to my home to complete a thorough re-inspection. Stephen spent over an hour, not only in the garage, but all around our home looking for termites or termite damage. I followed him around the home to ensure that I would be convinced of the first inspector's finding. He inspected from the base of the concrete at ground level to half-way up the wall. He found no termite damage; nor did he find evidence of termite activity. The "termite activity" was mud from our law mower and paint flecks from the dry wall. I highly recommend that you ask for ask for Stephen Brouse if you contact Mitchell Pest Service for your termite inspection. He is a hard working young man you can trust.

Mitchell Pest Services is a life saver company so as a Real Estate Agent's Transaction is concerned. They are very professional, prompt and courteous. On many occasions I forget to order Termite presuming that the other party is responsible and the closing could have been hampered, but a simple request to this company saved every ones time and hard labor by expediting the Inspection and Report.
