We were very unhappy with Corey and grew even unhappier when we realized he was not treating our attic space our our crawl spaces. We now have an issuer with cellar spiders and mice. I think this is due to the lack of proper treatment. I am confident that Lance will get it under control but very frustrated that we have reached this point. If it weren't for Lance's thoroughness and willingness to go above and beyond, we would have left McNeeley (after being customers for nearly 8 years -- in both Burlington and Clemmons).

I wouldn’t use any other company. They were treating a neighbors house and we had some issue with something so our neighbor asked the man that was their if he could stop by just to see if it was something worth calling in. He did and gave us the advice to call so someone trained in that area could come out. So we called and someone came within a week. The next day they came to treat our home and we have a year guarantee. They worked with us on a payments. We are now using them to come treat once a quarter outside and inside as a preventative feature.

This is the absolute best company I have dealt with... EVER. They handle pest control (bugs and such) for both our home and our business. We own a nice home and are very clean and recently had a guest unleash bed bugs in our home. Panic and freaking out ensued when I read about them. Their team came in with Bella (the bed-bug sniffing beagle) and determined that indeed we had a problem in two rooms in our home. They were back two days later to eradicate them from our home. I will be forever grateful to the excellent job they did and to the compassion they showed. I would absolutely recommend them for any pest related problem you might have.

McNeely Pest Control is not an honest company. They have linked themselves with apartment complexes who use them as a second pest control to come in to falsely prove that the complex is doing what is necessary to get rid of their pest problem. But what McNeely Pest Control is really being used for is to cover up the apartment complex using cheap and inadequate pest control services.

Their service is fine, but their accounting and billing is absolutely abysmal. I would have bills delivered to rental properties repeatedly, and this after clearly and frequently telling them to stop doing it. Then they would charge late fees, despite sending the bills to the rental properties over and over—which meant I didn’t get them unless a tenant happened to mention it (which they usually wouldn’t). Every time this happened I had to waste my time calling them up to disentangle their mess. I have several properties, so paying my bills needs to be easy and straightforward. I can’t go tracking down the bills I have to pay. Eventually I had no idea if they were even billing me correctly (and still don’t, and I’m not sure if they do either). Finally they got it straightened out, but it took a long time. (The employees who come out to do the work were nice and did their job well.) But in the long run, working with the business was anything but easy.

I neglected pest control for too many years, because of bad service by someone else a long time ago. Been getting by on luck and prayer. It was time though to better protect my home.
