Do not sign with this company! We had several pest problems and they could not fix any of them! We ended up fixing the problems ourselves just by looking up online. This company made us pay the entire fee anyway ($300) even though they could not get rid of any pests. One of the times they came, all the did was set a few sticky pads for the mice. Find a different company or solve your pest problems yourself!

Company is terrible. I had a sales associate come to the door and offered me discounted service for one month at $49.99..... I canceled after the first service as I wasn’t impressed. Now I owe 320 dollars for canceling! Watch out for their sales reps. They will tell you what you want to here, and will then sign you up for full service regardless to help their pockets. Never again with this company.

We have been with Insight for over a year now so I can give some honest feedback. I was overcharge the 1st time but after speaking with someone they fixed that and gave me a month free. They haven't tried to raise prices (so far). The guys are usually the same and are extremely polite. They call about upcoming service as a reminder and if you need service in between they will schedule without an extra charge. So far we have been pleased with the service.
