Horrible experience with this company! Charged me $440 to tell me after 10 minutes in my home there is no squirrel in the attic! I am still waiting for a refund from them! They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to certified letters! Stay away please!

Had an unexpected "visitor" in our Attic. Hughes not only came out right away, they captured and released the raccoon without harming it. They do it all, from ants to critters. And i can't help but feel good about choosing a local small business to take care of our pest needs. We love you Hughes!

Have a mouse issue in the home and called them first thing in the morning and was able to adjust their schedule and come to the house to put some some bait bags. I give them 5 stars for the initial inspection and will adjust if expectations and results change. I have service with Moxie Pest control and they weren't available until next week. If things go well with Hughes, I will be switching services.

Hughes is always prompt, professional, & customer oriented (prefer "organic" peppermint spray)--and the best part is that they're cheaper than other companies. Only had one pest problem with ants coming in the windows, & Hughes covered this as part of my quarterly service. Highly recommend!!

I like working with a small company, it's much more personal and I have been on a first name basis with the guys that come out quarterly to do our maintenance. Everyone is very friendly and personable. They always show up within our appointment window, and if we've ever had a problem in between maintenance calls, they come right out to take care of it. We were in the process of buying a home when the home inspector gave us a scare of possible termites. We called Hughes Pest Control and had an appointment set up with Bobby within 24 hours. He came and explained everything to me and showed me how there was just a little bit of evidence of termites on the outside of the home but it wasn't much to worry about and could be taken care of easily. He gave us confidence that the interior of the home had no problems. He was courteous and professional and we will call again anytime we have a pest issue.
