I called yesterday to have a hornet’s nest removed and today Holiday Termite and Pest Control sent Leonard out to deal with the problem. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the two hour window scheduled. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about hornets. Can't recommend Holiday Pest Control enough. I had a stink bug infestation situation develop seemingly overnight...and called Holiday after hours in a bug-induced panic. Nicole got back to me first thing in the morning and within a few hours, Leonard was on my doorstep ready to fix my situation. He was kind, professional, and extremely thorough. He assessed my stink bug problem, and then we walked through the house and made some determinations on best actions to move forward. He laid everything out for me, we signed a contract right there, and he got to work immediately. He's since come back for two follow ups (at no extra charge) to make sure things are improving. I appreciate Leonard's attention to detail and his positive, proactive attitude! Highly recommend.

After reading all good review, I decided to try this company. They don't qive a quote over the phone, so scheduled to visit the site on a Saturday morning window of 8am to 12pm. Around 11:30am, they called and notified that they will come few minutes after 12pm. After waiting for a whole 3+ hours on a Saturday skipping to be with a kids event, I'm disappointed as we do have other tasks to take care on this day. I would rather see a different company's business. Update after original post: The owner of the company called me and explained the situation. I do understand the practical situation on the services with small workforce on a weekend and unexpected delays at other customer locations prior to my schedule. He completely acknowledged that in future they would give a call early in the day about any changes to the schedule. Their service appears to be more customized to treat and address the issue rather than one solution for all and finally they are a small business owners in our neighborhood with a great knowledge in the pest control industry.

We called Holiday Termite and Pest control when we noticed ants coming in through our basement bathroom. We were also looking to get a prevention service so that we did not have to worry moving forward. We worked with Leonard Scott, and we are very happy we did. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He put together a treatment plan for the ants, and he helped us identify a prevention plan moving forward. He followed up with us a week after the ant treatment plan to make sure everything was working as intended (it was). Leonard is someone you can trust to care about your pest control needs, and he will make the process very smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Pest Control, especially if you can work with Leonard.

We just moved into our house in Kingstowne and the previous owner provided an Orkin pest report done a few weeks before we closed...that tech said no signs of any pests (none...not a single one). We move in and the place is infested with spiders and crickets, including the ever present spider-cricket. No joke those things are ridiculous. But those pests weren't the reason I contacted Holiday. About 2 weeks after we moved in, we noticed a couple ants here and there in kitchen near the pantry. No big deal, right? Put out a few traps from Home Depot and problem solved. Not quite. Instead those traps brought out hundreds of ants. I was thoroughly grossed out and immediately started researching pest control companies. Holiday popped up with a lot of great reviews so I went to their website to research some more. Everything looked great so I filled out an online request for. Mind you, this was 8:30pm on a Sunday. By 9pm I had an email from Cleveland saying they had an opening between 8-9am on Monday. What?! Who answers emails on a Sunday night let alone has immediate availability? This company...that's who. Antwain showed up at my house precisely at 8am. I showed him where my little pests were congregating and then we started the search for the nest. Antwain is the bug whisperer. He found the nest in no time, quickly treated the area and then proceeded to treat the rest of my house: kitchen, all of the bathrooms, laundry room and HVAC closet. The price was completely reasonable especially since it comes with a 90 day warranty that includes additional treatments if the first treatment doesn't work. PLUS a free 10 day check up to make sure the treatment is actually working. There really need to be more companies like Holiday with employees like Cleveland and Antwain.

Really like these guys. We literally found them by looking at Google reviews two years ago, when they had 4.8 stars... now they have 4.9 so I guess they've gotten even better. I think when it comes to pest control, the less you think about your service provider the better. I live on an acre lot in Oakton surrounded by trees, plants, and woodland creatures, so we're a pretty target rich environment for bugs. I don't ever think about that, however, because Holiday has managed them for two years now. Christian showed up today and asked me how I thought things were going, and I said I never think of you guys at all... so things appear to be going really well. Cheers to a company that exceeds expectations...

Refused to make a quick temporary buck because he knew it wouldn't fix the core issues I'm facing.Excuse my language, but this company genuinely gives a darn about your pest problems and they wont take a penny unless they know it's gonna fix ur issue.

Super experience. Tried to get rid of hornets' nest with the usual sprays from Spectracide and Raid - absolutely no effect. Then discovered yet another hornets nest nearby and called the experts. Raymond donned his bee suit in the 90° heat and got both of them, plus a yellow jacket nest near our mailbox that was also troublesome. Worth every penny.

We called Holiday with a small rodent problem. The response time was fast and the technician was extremely knowledgeable. He found the source of the problem immediately and explained that it would take a couple of days to make sure they didn't return. He came back to follow up a couple of days later and we haven't seen any more since. I highly recommend Holiday Pest Control!

We would highly recommend Holiday Pest Control. We were having a problem with spider crickets inside the house and mice on our deck. Nicole was wondeful to speak with and reassured me that they could take care of the problem, immediately. Our technician was Leonard and he was very knowledgeable. He managed to calm me down as he explained why we were experiencing a problem and what his plan of action would be. After one treatment, we noticed a huge decline in the spider crickets and Leonard showed up a week later, as promised, for a follow up. One day I was walking to the kitchen I heard an odd clicking and scratching sound in my wall. I took a moment to really listen to it and I searched it up on the net. Turns out I had Termites. I'm a bit OCD about bugs so I went on to the internet and found Holiday Termite. I was impressed by all the reviews so I decided to give them a call. The man that came was polite and catered to my ceaseless questioning. Inspected all the wood surfaces of the house and once that was done he sprayed some chemical s on the walls assuring me that the wood would absorb the stuff but would not be damaged in any way. it worked perfectly, the clicking stopped so I was assured that my house was now termite free. Then a couple of days later to my surprise the man that cleared my pest problem returned asking to inspect my house again and assuring that if there were still pests he would clear them right up free of charge. It is so refreshing to be a customer to a business that actually cares about its customers.

OMG when I saw a swarm of flying insects by my front door I called Holiday Termite & Pest Control. Within a couple of hours we had a tech at our home accessing the situation, which turned out to be termites. With the technology they had they were able to access the problem and check to see if the termites had done any damage (thankfully there was no major damage). They treated our home and educated us on what to look for and tips to keep our home safe from these little destroyers. I am happy to say the termites never returned. There staff is professional, thorough, and affordable. I highly recommend their services!

I never thought I would post a review for a pest control company...but then again, I have never had such a professional experience like the one I had with Holiday! I found Holiday while conducting a google search for local pest control companies. I selected Holiday because of all the awesome ratings they received, and because the pictures on their website made me feel confident that they would be able to assist me with my situation (a wasp nest). I called on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to fit me in their schedule the following morning. Mr Leonard Scott arrived within the timeframe that I was quoted, and he instantly made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be able to assist me. He arrived in a professional uniform and a company vehicle. (I say this because I have had a pest control company come out before where the guy is in regular clothes, driving a regular car and not prepared to conduct any pest control). Mr Scott assessed the situation (a wasp nest in its beginning stages on my deck), and then he informed me what he could do to get rid of it and what the price is. I asked him to proceed with the treatment. Afterwards, he informed me what to expect post-treatment and to call him if there are any issues. Also, the work is guaranteed for 90 days. I was so impressed with Holiday and Mr Scott. If I ever need a pest control company again, I will be calling Holiday.

He was very knowledgeable regarding wasp behavior and patiently offered his suggestions and answered all our questions. So, my review is based more on first impressions than product efficiency- only because they JUST came this morning for a roach spraying and I need time to see if their products work. However, as first impressions go, WOW, I was blown away. 9-11am appt, and Shawn (or Sean or Shaun- not sure) was there promptly at 9:30. He showed up in a clean van, and he was also very clean cut and professional looking. I'm a single gal, living on my own in my own townhouse, and I have had many awkward run-ins with male technicians- but not him! He was very polite and gentlemanly! He really knew his stuff, too. and schooled me quite thoroughly on the problem and his solutions. When it came time to do the spraying, I seriously felt bad for the bugs. He seriously treated the *BLEEP* out of my house. He sprayed, baited, flushed, EVERYTHING! He moved appliances and got right into every nook and cranny. And he didn't take more than 45 mins, start to finish, so I was able to get to work at a decent time. My follow up appt was made immediately for just 1 week later! I have total confidence this will work! And after being ripped off by a scam tech a few weeks ago, I am really glad I found a great company to work with. This service was not cheap, but in my experience, the cheap stuff is always more expensive in the end!!!

The person who answers the phone is so friendly and nice, and Leonard was the tech who came out to our house. We called Holiday Pest Control when we had our pest problem and was paired up with Leonard Scott. He was very professional, punctual, reliable, and knowledgeable about how to try to get rid of the problem. We were set up with indoor and outdoor bait for an affordable price. He came back today for the week follow up appointment to inspect all the bait traps. He ended up removing the indoor baits and were left with one indoor attic bait and the two outdoor baits for precaution measures. He instructed us to notice for any sounds, movements, and any droppings from here on out. If it comes back then remove it and check for it again. He offered to come back to assist us if we needed him. I'm giving the service and company a high 4 star. If everything is good to go (no sightings, droppings) for the next follow up, this company is definitely a 5. Thank you Leonard for being so helpful and thorough with your service.

I've been having a fly infestation problem for the past two weeks. I spoke with Leonard one week into my issue, and he was very helpful in informing of the lifecycle of flies and possible causes. Nobody wants to hire a pest control service, but Holiday definitely makes the best of a bad situation. Our home issues were treated quickly and professionally, and the outdoor recurring service has been a great value. The specialist who originally treated our home was both friendly and inclined to teach us everything possible to enable proactive habits. I called Holiday pest control when I woke up and saw a bug crawling around on my bed. I took some preemptive steps to get a control on my bed bug issues. I later found a bug on my laptop. I called and scheduled a bed bug examination for my home. I got a call from them the day before the scheduled appointment for background information. The technician explained to me all the pricing and asked if I kept any of the bugs I saw(I only took a picture.. Before charging me or saying they would have to come out he asked me to send him a picture of the bug. After he go it, he called me back, told me what it was(not a bed bug, a carpet beetle) and told me the best way to deal with both. He was VERY helpful, professional & did not try and sell me on a service I did not need...If I ever have another bug issue again I will for sure call them back.

I called Holiday for an issue I was having with centipedes, spiders and various other critters. When the technician, Leonard, showed up, he asked about the issue I was having and did a thorough inspection inside and outside of my home. After the inspection, he explained that he didn't see evidence of a major problem and that the rain was likely driving the pests inside. He recommended treating the perimeter of my home to create a barrier against insects coming in. I appreciate the time that was taken to educate me about the problem and recommending a solution that was effective (and safe for my dog). I will definitely use Holiday again if I have any issues!

A very professional pest control company for one so small. They have good response time for making appointments and both the receptionist and exterminator who's been working on our house have given us great service. Leonard explained exactly how they would take care of our bug problem and answered all my questions. They use good chemicals that he assured me were safe for our baby and cats and overall, I'm glad we called them.
