I cannot say enough about Kristen and the young lady who answers the phone! They were kind, answered questions, made me smile when I was totally discouraged that I had to even call them. I feel as though they have been there for me since the first call I made to them and I appreciate the service they are providing. As an HR professional when I call someone I listen to how they answer my million questions, and I had a million. Top Notch Customer Service.

We switched services from a company we were happy with due to the pricing & completely false sales pitch. Salesman stated each cleaning would be at least 45 minutes to ensure thoroughness. That was a lie. They sprayed two times while we were home & both times lasted under 15 minutes. This most recent visit the employee (Andre) arrived a little after 6 pm. There were 3 parked cars here - clearly people home. Using the key provided, as they usually visit earlier while we are working, he just let himself in the house. He didn’t even knock first. Then he proceeds to stand there with the door wide open - allowing my sister’s cat out. There are notes on the account about a cat. He leaves after being in our house under 5 minutes without uttering a word to us. He remained in his truck longer than he worked on our house! While we were doing our nightly cleanup, both my husband & myself noticed a lot of residue on our walls, furniture, toys, etc. When I first talked to the manager, Laura, she said there should be no residue and asked for proof. After sending her the pictures, she agreed to reimburse us for that treatment (we are no longer doing business with them), agreed to pay a cleaning fee for the mess, & return our house keys. All of a sudden she’s now claiming not to have our house keys & that Andre returned them to us. We were irked for sure at the point he left, but hadn’t decided to stop doing business with them so we most certainly did not ask for our keys back then. Stay away!!!!!!! It doesn’t even work that well. We’ve had some bug issues since using this company.

They do a great job! They always offer inside service if there is someone home to let them in. They ask what pests you may have seen and act on them accordingly. Great service.

Love the service, the techs were awsome! In particular Jacob from GreenShield usually does the treatment and is always reliable and very considerate if you go with GreenShield have them send a good technician. Love the Services!!!!

Do not waste your money! This is straight from their site, "If at any time you are having problems with any pest covered under our guarantee, call the office to schedule a free retreat''. Which is FALSE, they told me they will not retreat for free, even though there are still pests. They wanted to charge me to come back out to re treat. Their products do not work, especially if you cant guarantee they do with a free re treat.

I love these guys! We switched to another company last year and immediately had ant problems in the house. I switched back to Greenshield this year and haven't seen an ant since.

Customer service is Key and Green-shield delivers. My land lady deals with this pest control company and every time there's a need for the contracted treatments they have been nothing but pleasant and accommodating. I though I was going to move and cancelled my appointment only to decide to stay and literally spour of moment called to reschedule for same day visit and they fit me in which was AMAZING because I have been experiencing bugs due to a stray neighborhood cat lingering around. That's the ONLY reason I gave them a 3 because I don't know yet if the treatment has worked. but if it clears up these bugs then I will come back and rate a 5 because before now I have not had any major issues with bugs or spiders!

We used this service for two years because they offer great customer service, their technicians are thorough and knowledgable, and their treatments effectively kept bugs under control. If we hadn't moved, we still be using Greenshield.

I don't get the bad reviews. We have been SO happy with Greenshield. We immediately saw and improvement in bugs in and around our house. If you even see a bug between services they'll come out for a retreat (we've needed this and they don't give you any problems about it). The technicians are seriously always so polite and nice. They'll do inside anytime you want them to. Text and email scheduling appointments, easy to reschedule if you need them to. And what really took them over the top for me, we just moved to a new house with a lot of woods. They came out the week after we moved in and treated not only the house but the shed too. They'll treat around play sets etc. to help with areas kids are in. Then on a Sunday I ran over a yellow jacket nest with my lawn mower and was stung several times. Called at 8 am on Monday and they scheduled someone to come out (for free because it's considered a retreat) for noon that day!! Talk about customer service. I'll never not have this service now.

Horrible Company, customer service is rude, schedules without getting with the customer. Customer service rep just hung up on me. AS SOON AS I CAN GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GONE! The only reason they are getting a star is so I can post this review.....

This company is the best. I did much pricing around and failed in finding anything even close to this price. The day of my service my car broke down and I couldn't get home to leave a check and everyone on the Greenshield team made sure everything was taken care of and provided me with the absolute best customer service! I will forever use this company. IF YOU DON'T KNOW- NOW YOU DO! CHOSE THIS COMPANY.

They keep the bugs away and customers needs/requests first. Very rare that I see a spider or any insect inside of my house, since I’ve been using them for about two years, and when I do they are dead!

Probably the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a company. We signed up for them and they did a treatment. However, we were not satisfied with the result and asked for a respray per their guarantee. They came out again and then we were billed for both the original and second treatment. So we called, explained the situation and were willing to pay for the original treatment and to cancel any further treatments. Representative on the phone agreed and said she would waive the second treatment fee and cancel our service. We then received a bill for BOTH treatments and an additional treatment fee for cancellation. When I called and asked about this, they said the charges had been altered and added by the office manager and that my outstanding bill had been sent to collections. (For which they had my debit card information, so I guess they sent it to collections so they could charge me additional collection fees later.) Complaint to the BBB submitted.

Have been using them for years, since 2013-14. Have not had any issues. Had anthony come treat at our old house couple years back and was impressed with his work ethic, thoroughness and he was polite. Since i called the office, which has always been polite, and requested him every service. Which they have honored. Had issue with ants, in between treatments. Called the office and they sent someone who was available, next day, no signs of ants. I feel as we have had other companies over the years before i found this one, anthony goes the extra mile.

****DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE**** They may be polite, but that's as much as they have going for them. The service was completely misrepresented by the sales representative. They claim to spray all over the house including the attic, garage, along the baseboards, along the pipes. Instead they walked through the house occasionally spraying a single spot along the baseboards in a few rooms. They didn't even show up to their first appointment and didn't bother the call. I had to call in to schedule a second appointment for my first treatment. For the second appointment they didn't even make an attempt to schedule, claimed they showed up and serviced the outside of my house but no one was home for the rest. I know for a fact there were people in my home when they claim to have come out for the second visit. They refuse to refund me for the second visit that never happened and want to charge $100 to refuse future visits. You're better off getting some spray at Lowe's and doing it yourself. These people have no intention of doing anything but stealing your money. Do not use their service.

USE THIS COMPANY! Great service! They covered our entire townhouse! Green shield has the best customer service around! The salesman was very polite and didn’t embellish their service. I had a question about their treatment of Mud Dobbers and they told me they would do more research and get back to me. They went the extra mile and got back to me with a plethora of valuable information. Their treatment covered all facets of our property and we’ve haven’t had pest problems since! Their affordable service is a great deal!

They came by and we haven't seen another bug since. They guarantee their product, so if I ever need a little extra help they come out for free. I've never seen a better priced, more extensive service.

. Poor customer service. The price may be good but you get that you pay for. They lock you in for a six month contract. That was not said up front. That would be no problem if the service Was descent. They never once sprayed the inside of the home. If they sprayed anything. ( who knows) I was never contacted when they were coming out to do service. I just paid the 100 cancellation fee not have to deal with this company again.

Sneaky scammers! Salesperson came to our door, said they would just send us information on the service. I never signed up for the service or signed any contract. They claim to have done a service (which I never agreed to), well if they did the spiders are worse afterwards! They charged us $125 for a treatment I never agreed to! No help at all when I told them I never agreed or signed up to the service.
