Getem has provided pest control services since I moved into my house 18 years ago till the summer of 2019. Those services included an annual inspection termite contract, a general pest control contract with quarterly spray inside and out, and before the contract, calls for ants, wasps, and water bugs. Tatum also kept my crawl space in good condotion to include several water/vapor barrier replacements. Their service personnel were always knowledgeable, professional and courteous and took care to wear shoe covers in my house. The office staff is also knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough!! PLUS they are locally owned and managed.

I had used and trusted GETEM services on my previous home with absolutely perfect service. When we built a new construction home in the area, I opted for the company that the builder used for initial treatment. Unfortunately, that was my mistake. The only time I called the "other guys" to come out outside of regular service (for a couple of wasp nests in a bathroom exhaust vent) they informed me that "they didn't do bees" and when I asked they "couldn't provide the number of someone who did". I even removed the nests myself and just wanted to ensure that they could take a look and ensure the wasps didn't come back with future treatment. What a joke. I cancelled immediately and called back to GETEM to get back on a real pest control service. GETEM scheduled me immediately, and I have no doubt I will have zero problems from here on out. I should have just gone back to a known commodity like GETEM initally. Live and learn I guess, but don't make the same mistake I did. Not all services are the same.

I want to send my deepest thanks to Jimmy,Troy, and Ashley. I was attacked along with my dog in my backyard by bees. Turned out to be a very aggressive type of hornet known as the bald faced hornet. They made a very large nest in my back-yard tree. After seeing my poor dog swarmed I was scared. I called Getem because I have used their service before. Ashley was so nice and got in touch with Jimmy to come assess the nest right away. He was polite and after assessing the nest, he knew that he would have to wait until nightfall when all of the bees would be in the nest. Jimmy and Troy came promptly at the time they said. Dressed in full uniforms, even at night. They finished in no time, and even disposed of the nest and took everything away. I can say that I could never do their job and give them the utmost respect. Thank you team for the timely, well excuted operation. Your service is amazing, and I will always refer you to anyone in need!

Getem was terrific! I discovered I had a mouse for the first time ever. Phillip inspected the basement and the crawl space and noticed a large gap on top of the crawl space entry. My awful landlord changed his mind, and had me cancel the order so he could shake me down on my deposit. I first learned of Getem when we had a rodent infestation at my job. Our company had hired another service to get rid of the little critters but it was not working. It got to the point that we had to close our department. Our company then hired Getem and they were great. They found the outdoor area where they were getting in, they closed up every spot inside our office where they could get in, and they made sure they exterminated what was left. After I purchased my condo near work, I found out they handled my building exterior and interior public access areas so I hired them to come in an do my condo as well. Our building is very old with a basement with some flooding issues which is especially inviting to lots of interesting bugs. I have not had any issues since I hired them. The guys at Getem are so very thorough--and they are the most polite, professional and knowledgeable. They guarantee their work. It has been almost a year and my condo has been free of any "critters". I feel very comfortable in my home because I know they know how to handle any problem should it arise. Everyone on their team is so nice. The office staff are courteous and friendly. Gary is scheduled to provide service to my condo and does a great job. Last year I also had Getem do a follow-up termite treatment and again I can't say enough about how thorough they are. Thank you for such wonderful service.

The technicians are always respectful if they need to enter the home, taking off their shoes or wearing shoe covers. When performing routine service, they will also address anything else they notice, in our case a big hornets nest by an outside window that we didn’t even know was there. Great company! Initial appointment setup was very easy and quick. Everyone I've dealt with were total professionals. And most importantly... no bugs. I actually won a year's service at a raffle just after buying our new home. We weren't experiencing anything crazy, but noticed a few unwanted insects around. Getem came out & sprayed inside and outside initially, with quarterly stops to spray outside. They offer to schedule free inside sprays if needed, but we've had zero issues. We'll definitely be renewing our service.
