My SO and I didn't realize we had bats in our attic until a few days ago because we heard their "chirps". (We moved into our townhouse a little under a year ago and saw nothing suspicious during our home's inspection). We have about 25 bats up there now and we were rather perturbed that we hadn't noticed until a few days ago, although, we don't use the attic for storage, or really, anything to be honest. We called a few "highly rated" companies in our area, and they all came back with a ballpark estimate of at least 3k. Then we had a rep from Orken come out and, after assessing the damage, he gave me a quote of $4,400. Mind you, he didn't even bother to get off the attic's ladder to assess. I knew we needed a second opinion. I called Environmental Pest Control the same day as the Orken estimate and the secretary was not only friendly, but, she also reached out to the rep that was in my area at that time. He knocked on my door less than an hour later and did an estimate and it was MUCH more reasonable than the quote from Orken. He also went INTO our attic and roamed about for the assessment. A HUGE thank you to this company and I'll be spreading the word whenever I hear a fellow friend-in-need of your services.

Once the company came out they performed wonderfully but they took them a week and a half to come out and once they arrived the first day they did not have the correct ladder and before that they didn't have a ladder that would reach the area. If your company does this professionally why not have the correct equipment to perform you job. "Never drive a nail with the butt of a loaded weapon" Correct equipment for the job is a must.

We missed a call hours later and tried to call right back and it went to voicemail. They called the next day, but I let them know we found someone else. Environmental Pest Control is a very easy company to work with, they are prompt and efficient. I was concerned about pest control of ants in our home, we have animals and what they use is safe. Have not seen any ants in Home since the initial visit, to keep things in check signed up for quarterly visits and they only had to put things outside so we did not have to take off from work. Highly recommend this company.

The technician who came to remove a squirrel from a flue pipe and repair a vent on the roof where the animal entered and fell to the bottom of the pipe was faced with a challenging job. The pipe had to be accessed from inside the house and the squirrel, who was very active, had to be caught before it escaped into the room. This was accomplished but when the technician went to clean out the nest at the base of the flue pipe, three more squirrels launched themselves at him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing pest removal.

We had evaluation done and they said no bed bug. So we got the service without bed bug. In 2 weeks we were bite hard by the bed beg. When we called for the propblem, they blame on us .

Got a few estimates but Environmental pest control wasn’t the lowest. They matched the lowest offer and also did a great job getting rid of my spiders, wasps and centipedes. The technician was super friendly, asked about the areas that had the problem, explained what he was going to do and also was respectful of my home. Lastly and the most important I liked that their pest control was pet friendly considering we had a cat.
