I came to value Connor's services for my particular issue. I was dealing with a squirrel, if not many squirrels, trafficking in and out my attic. I had located the likely entry point where the squirrel(s) would access into my attic. Having this determined, I had Connor's look at this issue further. They had a gentleman come over to examine my attic and the hole where the squirrel(s) would enter into my home. After agreeing to the quote, a business day later another gentleman came out and worked to set up an exit-only solution as to not harm the squirrel(s), which was nice. I wasn't looking for extermination; I just wanted riddance. They installed a one-way door at the hole and for sure, the door would prove a good means of keeping the squirrel(s) out from my house. After we felt pretty certain that the critter-traffic was halted, the rep came back to remove the one-way door and patched up the hole; in my case, it was with an aluminum sheet. This would prove effective enough at keeping critters out. Ultimately, Connor's was able to get the job done. It's very rare that I would choose to do business with a company that I look up online without any personal references, but gaining Connor's services was an easy and effective process. If I had to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate to seek their help.

I like everything about Connor's! From Dave Teti's initial estimate to your great customer service and ease of scheduling to your amazing tech Travis. Two visits and the mice in the walls of our basement were done in. Seems there were mice still getting in the house, never seen, but thanks to Travis' gut feeling the snap trap revealed this additional problem. A confirmation call from Travis a day before the scheduled visits is a real customer pleaser and Travis' professional smarts and friendly demeanor is the icing on the cake. I am embarrassed to admit, but 2 years ago we had a flea outbreak. I needed help - now and how! Connor's came quickly. They educated me about the process and timing (living things out of the house). They got rid of the fleas on the first try. I signed a contract. For 2 years, Tamir Arslan has been an excellent technician. They come regularly, and quickly when I need a special service. He calls the night before and gives me a 2 hours window he never misses. Just today, he did a very thorough job on a mouse problem. After setting and clearing traps, spraying for pests, and treating for silverfish, he inspected the outside to find out where the little mouses are getting in! He told me to call anytime I need him to come out until we finish this.
