These guys are great! I have been using them for years and they never disappoint. My house is over 100 yrs old so I tend to have problems often. When termites decided my house was lunch, Century came out and took care of the termites AND the damage that they created!

I have used Century Termite & Pest Control for several years to control pests and have been satisfied with their service. However, I recently used the vendor do repairs outside my home and the job was very unsatisfactory. I had to have them come back TWICE to correct the poor repair job they did. Just weeks later, I received a notice and pictures from my HOA that the wood in the area they repaired was rotten and still needs painting. I sent the vendor the notice/pictures the HOA sent me and requested the vendor promptly address this problem. They sent someone to examine the problem, but weeks later have refused to respond to my calls, texts and emails regarding remedying this problem. This clearly demonstrates that the vendor's home repair division does not stand behind it's work, does not value its customers or embrace good customer service.

These guys have been excellent. They are detailed oriented and make sure all areas are covered. I have recently been having a lot of issues with pests and have already seen a difference in the first few treatments. The technicians are also friendly which makes the process of letting them know what areas may need more treatment.

Our daughter visited with her two big Labrador retrievers.. We soon began to notice flea bites. After she left. Francisco came and found we were infested with fleas all over the house but particularly in the bedrooms. It took him three visits to get them all. We were pleased with his work.. Martin Thomas

As cross-country landlords, my wife and I rent out our condo in Alexandria, VA, and decided to give Century a call after having a run of poor experiences with galactic mega-corporation pest control companies. We thought we'd try someone local, and that was a very good decision. We called these guys, and they very quickly went to the condo and took care of the issues our tenants were having. Brett was the gentleman who did the service, and our tenants called us after the appointment to tell us that he was very friendly and professional. The service is very reasonably priced, too. I unhesitatingly give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for some help keeping pests under control.

I've been using Century Termite for ten years. Once I started using them, I never saw another insect in my house. They come out every three months and make sure it stays that way.

SCAM Alert! My wife heard a scratching sound from the corner of our house. We called Century Termite bc we had a plan with them for termite control. First the routine maintenance guy came and said they need 'the wildlife specialist'. Pablito, the 'wildlife specialist' for Century came out. He said that there's definitely a squirrel up in your attic, damage to the insulation...your house is infested! He painted a picture of how animals were getting through a vent, and how we cant kill them, bc they will die and make the house smell. He proposed a plan, costing $10,000! Yes, 10,000! He said he would recommend setting a trap ($900), treat under all the insulation, remove and replace all insulation, and repair a hole that was found in the corner of the house. My wife agreed to the trap, at this ridiculous price, out of fear instilled by Century Termite. They came 5 days in a row to check the trap and NO animals. By now, the second opinion company came and went upstairs, this time taking us in the attic to check it out. There was NO insulation damage, an old hole, and a metal screen already installed behind the vent that Century Termite was trying to tell us was in need or repair....the new company came in, inspected and repaired the exterior hole. I have never written a complaint on google reviews, and even tried to call Century Termite, and never got a call back. I am even a quarterly routine inspection customer and plan to switch out of that too. Please beware of scammer companies like this.

First we had a pesky squirrel. I called Century at 7am and they came out at 11am the same day. We had soffets that the squirrel was coming through and Century also removed the soffets and replaced them with flat vents across our roof. I didn't even know Century could do that. The servicemen that came were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and kept us up to date in everything they were doing. I've been a customer of Century Termite for years, and will continue to be.

When selling my brick townhouse I received services needed for carpenter ants in front window to be treated for $495. I thought that was a really high price so I called century to see if they could explain or come out and show me because I did not see anything. They told me I probably didn't anything because when the guy came out he disturbed the carpenter ants home so they left. My wife owns a bakery in which has their own termite guy that came out to check. He said even if you did have that for such a small space it shouldn't cost more than $175. I did have a third company come out for a third opinion and to clear/treat my house for closing. When he came out he said there was a little wood damage due to moisture but no signs of any carpenter ants. Once he was done I told him what century said and he laughed one because he knows century is a crooked company and also said it would not cost more than $175 to treat.

We have been working with Century for the last 3 or 4 weeks to deal with a racoon and mouse problem in our attic and it has been incredibly frustrating. The inspector came to our house and gave us a very high quote to fix holes in the attic, trap the wildlife, and totally replace the contaminated insulation. We are new home owners and probably should have got a second opinion but we were stressed and grossed out and assured we were getting the best possible price on necessary services. The price (however shocking it was) is not my main complaint, though. Our customer service experience has been awful and we have had to make several calls per day to ensure we actually get the services we paid for. Individual team members come to our house and perform services, but do not communicate with each other about what has been done and seem to have no idea what services are yet to be completed. We are not paying many thousand dollars to keep this business accountable and manage our own account. If we were not constantly calling, they would disappear and never finish the job. The worst part is that the insulation team knocked a wire in the attic and turned off the electricity in our master bath, bedroom, and guest room. I understand mistakes happen so we were very patient at first. Customer service kept telling us they would take care of it but nothing happened. We started to contact service people directly, using whatever numbers they had given us. Each person assured us they will track someone down and take care of the problem. My husband has made literally dozens of calls and almost 3 weeks later, WE STILL DO NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY. These are completely unacceptable business practices. To top it off, the team was supposed to bring us to the attic to show us the repaired holes so we could confirm this problem will not happen again. (There were dozens of small holes and gaps in the attic, not just one or two big ones). Instead, they just blew in new insulation without letting us inspect. We have no way of knowing the problem is even fixed. And the racoon was not trapped and is still on the loose.

Worst customer service ever. We have century termite as our pest control company simply because they were servicing the property before we purchased the house. They do not call you to confirm your appointment and simply just show up at your door whenever they want to. And they always show up on a day when it’s raining and wet outside. The solution just goes away with the rain and it’s meaningless to come at all. Then they sent a bill to your email right after the service. When I called to ask them to get in touch with me before coming out, they were extremely rude on the phone and told me that I had to talk to the manager except that the manager is never there. I left voicemail for the manager and no one ever calls me back. Funny that they send a bill to my email but they can’t send reminders to my email, and they claimed they had called for the appointment but I had no record of it on my phone whatsoever. One customer service lady even said that something is wrong with my phone that I need to have my phone checked. This is their dirty way of keeping your business. Not reminding you and just come out and then give you a bill. You then think that since I’ve already paid for the next 6 months, might as well keep them for now. And you forgot to cancel before they come out again. One thing for sure I’ll set up a reminder for myself to cancel my contract once the semi-annual coverage runs out for the "service" they just provided this week.

I have used Century Termite & Pest Control for years each spring, just as a precaution; however, recently, I had to contact them to remove baby birds that had nested in my dryer vent. They came out the next day, on time. They were very professional. I specifically requested that the birds not be harmed in any way. They were able to remove the birds safely so that they can be reunited with the mother bird and fix the vent so that this would not happen again. They also cleaned up all of the debris that the birds had put in the vent to create their nest. I highly recommend Century Termite & Pest Control.

Since about 5 years I had Century Pest Control doing quarterly checks. When they started the services, sealed the possible mice entrance and everything went fine through all this period. I haven’t had any mice problems and was happy with them. On May 24, 2019, a new inspector came to review my house and put the fear of the following “…to seal the entire exterior where mice can not travel in & out the house. Seal bottom of drywall gaps in the garage…”. This is exactly written in the agreement among other issues and charged $2,200!!! They never sealed the gaps in the garage. They just did only three sealings outside the house, without following the agreed schedule and came whenever they wanted. Zero customer’s respect. I have mentioned several times these issues and the response is they are extremely professionals and it will be sealed in my next quarterly maintenance. When I scheduled the appointment explained this and that was expecting this to be covered. Last week they came and was told he is being paid to do the maintenance service, but not to seal anything. I am tired of speaking with the staff, managers and my conclusion is sadly Century Pest Control is professional to put the fear on people, take your money and unable to respond to their commitments. I really regret signing this second contract in addition to the quarterly maintenance. Be careful!!!! My review is less than zero stars.

Fast, honest, effective service handled by true professionals start to finish at a reasonable rate. We have had two service calls in the last year after switching from another local company. My pest issues were resolved at the first service call and I highly recommend Century.

Within 2 hours of my service call a technician came out to give me an estimate for the service I needed and then they managed to get a technician out for the treatment the same day so I didn't have to take another day off work. They were so thorough and professional. The tech explained everything he did and why.

The wasps were getting in through a spot on the window in my mothers office. They were over an inch long. They would crawl through the ceiling to the light fixture and come in the room. Juan got up on the ladder & sprayed them & they were gone in a day. They haven't come back and it's two years later.

After they were told that there was raccoon in the attic, they put in squirrels traps. I was still charged for squirrels traps. I was going to be charged another price to put in raccoons traps. I will have someone else to do the job.

I don’t believe a company could be this much irresponsible and careless about their customers!! Horrible company to do business with…they take your money and they completely ignore you! Very disappointed and I am very surprised they are still in business. We contacted Century Termite and Pest for insect treatment. When their Salesman Patrick came to our property and start checking the garage and outside he suggested that we sign up for yearly treatment plan which includes 4 times treatment. In addition, they need to do extensive initial treatment which includes insect treatment in the attic and windows from inside since our main concern was insects and stink bugs and a yellow jacket nest outside the property which we paid $425 just for this initial treatment. When their technician arrived for the initial treatment, he stated that we need to leave the house since he is going to put a fog in the attic (BE AWARE…This is the tactic they use for you to put the homeowner out of the house so you don’t see if they do any treatment at all!!) I waited outside the house and their technician was out from my house in 20 minutes and did not even touch most of the windows!!! How is it possible to treat all the windows in three levels (Approximately total of over 50 Windows in 8,200 SF House in 20 minutes???!!!) I called their technician and the Salesman on the same day and requested that their technician comes back and complete the treatment since I still had stink Bugs all over the windows and the yellow jackets were still flying all over the backyard!! The technician said I am going to talk to the office and call you back. The technician never called back and I never heard back from the Salesman. I sent the Salesman Patrick multiple e-mails and he did not respond to any of my e-mails. At that point I decided to forward the e-mails to their main office and express my concerns and their poor service and request that they need to come back to complete their treatment. Finally, a lady from their office called me back and mentioned the Salesman (Patrick) is no longer with their company and she is going to look into this and call me back which she never called back!! At this point, I am drawing the conclusion that this company do not care about their customers since I made numerous attempts to resolve the issue with them directly!!!

Worst company to do the business.. I called couple of time before I signed up. They told me whole list this is covered under my package. When I called yesterday to request a service now they are saying we have to pull up your recording and see this covered under my contract. So, basically when they were selling me the service the whole list they were telling me is all bluff. Now from last two day they are trying to pull up recording before they send someone... Interesting thing after charged my card for initial service no receipt was sent to me for almost 2 month. Note: I will highly recommend keep away from this company.

This company is the WORST! They were supposed to come for a treatment and did not call or show up. The person who answered was not helpful and did not seem to even care about no one coming. Last year they did the same thing and when they came a few years ago to treat they didn't even kill the termites. Would never recommend them!

No stars! Complete scam. They have no business trying to remove racoons. They just set a trap and hoped. Caught nothing and left with my money. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANIMAL REMOVAL. Real companies guarantee results. I stupidly trusted Century; never again.

5 STAR REVIEW : Andy was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I raised one concern w/him which is that Century needs to develop a map of traps for each customer. I have to keep track of the trap locations myself because the technicians don't have this information. Seems strange that there isn't a piece of technology for them to have access to that stores this information. There should be an app that captures the location of the traps so that any technician has access to their location -- in case the home owner isn't there, or a different person from the one who knows where the traps are greets the technician upon arrival. Maybe that's my next million dollar idea!!! Share the proceeds w/me if you develop the app!! ;-)

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their technician was unbelievably rude, refused to treat the areas they promised to treat, proceeded to tell me that another technician was fired for stealing, stated that my contract should be quadrupled to $400/per month because the chemicals he uses are "expensive" and then inquired about whether we paid technicians on the side. Absolutely unbelievable. I informed their office and contract manger of the incident and was promised that the Service Manager would immediately return my call. I never received a return call whatsoever. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DO NO NOT DESERVE ANYONE'S BUSINESS! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

I had a termite warranty with this company for almost 20 years. In the past few years, they did not send me a warrant renewal unless I requested one. Fortunately I remembered in the last 2 years before the warrant lapsed. This year I forgot and it lapsed. Of course, they insisted that they sent it on time and that it must have gotten lost in the mail. Failure to send the warranty renewal seems to have started when I declined a PREVENTIVE service that they priced at $800. Typical dishonest business. DON"T USE THEM!!!
