Great experience. Dana that owner answered all my questions. He sprayed the entire house. And we signed up for Him to come out twice a year. He gave us a discount because my husband is a veteran. He responded to my emails quickly he scheduled quickly there were no communication problems whatsoever.

Ray came to my apartment because of a bite that I suspected to be bed bugs. He did a thorough job checking each area of my apartment, from creases in the walls to the mattress. He even offered to check my sofa. He was extremely professional and I could tell that he was an expert on tell tale signs of infestation. Although he didn't find anything besides a few spiders, I'm glad that this company was able to give me peace of mind. 5 stars!!!

Bradford and Son's Pest Control Services removed the nasty bugs out of my home. I am so grateful for this. In Fredericksburg, VA there are quite a lot of pest control services but my family is using Bradford and Son's and so do I.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Paid for a yearly contract and they only came out once. He doesn't answer his phone nor does he return voicemails. We haven't been able to schedule another appointment. Tried to get a refund and they refuse to come out per the contract and said there are no refunds. I told him to finish the contract and come out quarterly but they refuse. Finally, He said he would refund my money and its been over a year and still nothing. I got the same song and dance as the owners response in Brittany's review. The OWNER is a liar. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I attached the receipt to show that Dana is a LIAR! I was told the check was mailed to the wrong address. He would resend it, hasn't shown up and he blocks your number.

Came to my rescue in a time of great need. Husband was critically ill and needed home rid of pest, rats, and mice before he came home. Ray was great and also concerned and encouraging. Now I am on maintenance monthly plan

This company is great! Wonderful service and super prices. I have thoroughly enjoyed using Bradford and Son. I have used different companies in the past so I know this company is the one to deal with. I will not go back to the other larger names with their high prices.

The owner was nice unfortunately I never got my services done and I never do these kinds of things but they unconvinced me and my family, first they set a time with me and the owner called me to reschedule because his daughter was sick ok that was fine for us so we set it for the next day and they told me 1:30 to 2:00 pm I called to confirm they pushed it to 2:30 so we waited mind you I have moved all my belongings, my fiancé called off TWO DAYS and prepared for the extermination and had set my heater to 90 degrees as asked to, we waited ONE HOUR than we got impatient started to call every number we knew and all of a sudden everything went straight to voicemail and didn't hear from them not even to reschedule or for an apology, one week later we have not heard from them and I'm furious I put my belongings on my balcony where it RAINED and MY ONE YEAR OLD TOYS ARE DESTROYED let me just say never again with this unprofessional company I'm very disappointed with them and wouldn't recommend to anyone EVER AGAIN!!

Used Bradford and Sons a for an ant problem a couple years ago and stuck with them , they did a great job. We then had a bee hive under our front stoop that they came out and took care of quickly, again another great job. A couple weeks ago, I found some mouse droppings and called Dana to schedule an appointment, got a hold of him and he explained that he was going to be out of town for a week but could come the day before he leaves and gave us a time window. The window came and went with no contact from him. I called and left a voicemail which was never returned. I waited until the next week when he said he would be back and tried calling a couple times to no avail. I get it that things happen, but I still have not heard anything back from him and have gone on to another company.

We had the absolute BEST service from Bradford Pest Control. After finding signs of bed bugs, I called Bradford Pest Control and they were able to come out the next day, on a weekend, to take a look and give me a quote. Prices were very reasonable for a heat treatment, so we signed up. I had many questions throughout the 2 weeks before the heat treatment, and always heard back right away with an answer. After the heat treatment, I found that nothing was ruined or warped as I was putting the house back together. It is not uncommon to need 2 treatments to eradicate bed bugs, according to all the forums on bed bugs, but Bradford took care of it in one treatment. It’s been 11 months and we are still bed bug free. I am so thankful for this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately that's not an option on here. I paid up front for a 6 month service in February. They came out for the initial set up to install my traps for the mice problem we were having in the garage. I decided to email to follow up with them 2 months later to see how everything was going since we were STILL having the mice problem. It took 10 days and 2 emails to even get a response. I wanted to know when the techs came out so I could check my cameras because I didn't believe the services I PAID UP FRONT for were being rendered. Dana beat around the bush and was avoiding my question then finally answered saying the tech didn't come out and he apologized. Okay, you apologize- but that doesn't fix my problems or justify that I paid already for these services and you were just going to steal my money without providing services. He told me he would refund me 4 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting on the refund. Emailed him a few days ago to check the status of my refund and of course, no reply. I would not recommened this business to anyone. They lie and steal your money.

I just renewed my service with this company -- easiest decision I've made in awhile. Big Ray is professional, friendly and on time; he's a great guy and we enjoy doing business with him. When we returned to our house last year after a 3 year overseas assignment, our house was filled with fleas on the inside and termites in the garage. We called Dana, and Big Ray showed up a couple of days later -- problem solved. And nothing has returned. Their pricing is very reasonable, as well. Most importantly, we trust Big Ray - that's the reason we renewed (and will renew in the future) with Bradford Pest control.

Initially reserved services through Angies List (1 year of pest control). They missed several appointments, and we had to call multiple times to ask them to come out and perform the services which were paid for. We paid extra for summer pest control treatments, and they only showed up to treat the yard once. Definitely do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control.
