I live out of state and was trying to assist my mom with a bug infestation. I selected this company based on the reviews. My mother was so pleased with this company's professionalism and customer service. The gentleman was super helpful and gave my mom assurance there was no termites and advised her she had terminated the bugs infestation herself. He gave her advice on prevention techniques. They were on time and called ahead for their arrival.

We had Slade Stotler come look at our 1st home of 6 months after noticing pen-tip sized insects. Slade at Barrett was actually our 2nd opinion. Our 1st inspection from Terminex went terribly. The Terminex guy came in and looked for 3 minutes and said we had termites and wanted to charge $1500 and a $300 yearly plan. My opinion is that the Terminex guy felt he could bully my wife into a sale. Slade from Barrett took a close look at the bugs and said they are ants. He thoroughly looked all over the inside area, crawl space, and basement. Then checked the garage for other potential issues. He also looked all around the house for any other potential issues. He said we had some ants and didn't even charge for the inspection. He was honest and a nice guy. That's the type of person I will do business with if/when I need it. I will share my bad experience about Terminex from now on. I will also highly recommend Slade and Barrett pest services. Thanks again Slade!

He was extremely professional, made sure he determined how the bees got in, and explained everything to me. I will use Barretts for any future pest control needs I have.

Having used a local Middleburg/Paris company for years, I switched because of several factors, and Barrett is THE BEST !! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! They are HONEST, reasonably priced, dependable, answer the phone personally (not an answering service) return calls and appear promptly! They are REALLY good!!!

A couple days ago we noticed a fair number of yellow jackets around our front door area. My mother has a severe allergy to yellow jackets, therefore we needed control of the issue ASAP. We called Barrett Pest Control shortly after they opened and explained our concern. They had someone out to our house to handle the issue within a couple hours. The technician was very friendly and explained everything The price was appropriate for the time spent at the house and the services provided. Also, the yellow jackets were gone by that evening. We have used Barrett's for a consult and also home termite inspection in the past and they were equally as professional and courteous. I'd highly recommend this company!
