We are very thankful that we were referred to Alexandria Pest Services! Ricky was prompt, professional, and personable as he investigated our problem. Our stress was lowered with his warm demeanor and ability to connect well with us. He asked great questions, listened, and worked really effectively with our contractor to solve the issue. His experience was evident, and he did great work for us! We will definitely call him again and refer to anyone who could use APS. We really appreciate APS as a family business.

They said eliminating pest guaranty, used them for years, they are not for commercial place like restaurant, their tech only spry, I was trying to get their attention since Feb but all they do spry place and not doing for issue we having, I won't recommend them to any one. If there is way to give 0 star I will but anyway hope its help for others.

Alexandria Pest Services has been my go to pest company for eight years now. They became my vendor of choice when they accurately diagnosed that a hole in the pipe in my wall was the entry way for a "guest pest" that was causing a ruckus in the wall. They told me that I needed to call a plumber to have the pipe fixed to resolve the problem as this was the source of entry. Thanks to APS, not only did my "guest pest" issue get resolved due to their excellent work, but so did my corroded pipe which was unknown to me. Competency, skill set, experience, and great customer service is what I look for in a vendor that I will continue to do business with and APS has all of those factors and more. This is why I have no problem recommending APS to my friends, coworkers, and family members.

I have been a customer for 7+ years since I purchased my home and Alexandria Pest Service was recommended for my termite inspection. I decided to keep them on for routine inspections throughout the years because my home is an older home. The staff is nice and very professional from those that call to set up my appts. to the inspectors that come to my home. They are nice, respectful, and attentive to my concerns. They're very accommodating when I cant keep an appt. I always recommend Alexandria Pest Service whenever someone is looking for a Pest Service.

Marvin is fantastic at explaining the process and following up with any concerns. I have not had any recurrence of pests after APS treatments. Amazing service and incredibly well knowledgeable and professional. After finding out we had a mouse issue in our new house, we called a big company (rhymes with foxy) to solve our problem and they didn't. In a panic one weekend, Ricky the president himself came out and did an incredibly thorough check and pointed out all the issues we had and promised he would solve the problem, and he did. We couldn't be happier and more relieved that they knew exactly where the problem areas were and how to solve them ALL! A special shout out to Marcus for all of our follow ups and making sure we had a permanent solution. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. If you have any pest issues, call them.

They didn't just treat the house like 2 other companies (and the problem kept coming back). They went above and beyond. They are the ONLY pest company I refer in my Real Estate business. The technicians are curteous, use foot coverings in your home and are experienced.
