We recently switched from Fox Pest Control to Accel at our landlord’s discretion. The service has far exceeded what we are used to with Fox. We have seen less activity and when there is an issue, Accel is quick to resolve it. Mike specifically has been our “usual” technician. He is always quick and efficient, and makes sure to hear your questions and concerns. Mike always wants to be sure that he’s spending extra attention to “problem areas” and is sure to educate you on ways you can help prevent an issue. Also, I always had to plan my appointments with Fox at a time that I could get out of the house for a little while with the kids. We would always sneeze and have an odd reaction. Since Accel has taken over, we no longer notice any sort of reaction. The formula has been cleaner/safer and also more efficient. Win win!!
