I cannot say enough positive things about my most recent visit from NWPC. I don’t typically write reviews but, felt compelled to after our most recent service. Due to the change of season, we developed a bit of a mouse problem. A wonderful tech (Brian Whitehead I believe) was dispatched to our home. He was on time, courteous and extremely thorough. He took his time to examine, reload and reposition our bait stations. He even went the extra mile and disposed of any mouse droppings he found. He worked quickly and efficiently but, never cut corners or gave me the impression he was rushing. I’ve had multiple techs come to our home and I can honestly say, he was BY FAR the most thorough and professional tech from any company we’ve had out to our home. He is a shining example of a dedicated professional. I have been very pleased with the overall service we’ve received from NWPC and would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. We’ve had a contract with them for years and feel they do a good job of protecting our home.

I called Nature's Way due to mice in the walls of my lake side camp. JP arrived as scheduled, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the camp, including crawling underneath it and inspecting the insides and the attic. He placed several bait stations around and under the camp and seemed confident that in a month, the activity would be substantially knocked down. And the price of the initial service and re-occurring maintenance visits seemed very reasonable too.

Had an especially great experience with our most recent associate, Will, who was doing a monthly check. He noted that one of the traps had been installed incorrectly and a previous associate had missed a relatively large hole for mice to enter -- while I'm not thrilled that the first associate missed it, I'm glad Will was able to resolve. He was also especially patient with my kids, who wanted to know about everything he was doing ; he took the time to explain every step to my kids, providing them education on mouse behavior! So far, the traps seem to be working and we haven't seen any mice since the traps were installed!

We started using Nature's Way to control cluster flies and lady bugs at a camp up in Clinton County. Their spraying greatly reduced that problem. We signed up with the Glens Falls office after moving to Warren County. The foundation sprayings are keeping bugs away from the house. The office responded quickly when a yellow jacket nest ("ground bees") was disturbed and when wasp nests are seen up in the eaves. Today, Eddie A. came out for the standard foundation spraying. I told him there were wasps buzzing around the ventilated soffits in the back of the house. He dusted those locations and even cleared out a nest he found in a heating system vent. Very pleased with his work and his demeanor.

At our initial, start up service Sean and Garrett were also on time. They apologized for not having enough indoor bait stations, but promised to set up more when they return on the next visit. They were confident that the outdoor bait stations "would do most of the work anyway."

I couldn't be there physically, so I was worried about the technician being upfront on pricing, the situation, etc. The technician was in constant contact with me. My mother is relieved the service was prompt, cost efficient, and stress less.

Don’t waste your time or money with these guys. I had a bat problem and called them for a seal out in the summer of 2016. They can’t do anything until the fall. November of 2016 I gave them $1000 to seal out and install one way valves. Valves were never installed so I called them and they said they would come back out in the spring. When I didn’t hear from them in the spring I called and they said they would come out. Sent someone out and said they would come up with a plan and get back to me. Never got back to me. So I called again. Same response. When I called back the next time they said they couldn’t do the work at this time of year and would schedule it for the fall. So fall comes and again I hear nothing from them so I call and the girl who answered the phone said that it should have already been done. I tell her it hasn’t. So here we are at one year after they took my money for half a job. So again they send someone out he says he’ll come up with a plan and then disappears. This has been 1 year since the original work was done incorrectly and several calls and no action. So now we are in the spring of 2018 and same thing I call they have a guy tell me he’ll take care of it and then nothing. So I call yet again and asked for my money back because I am sick of dealing with these thieves. Then they say it will be done by next week, they show up and say the power lines are too close, so they can’t do the work and to call the guy back. I coordinate with national grid to turn the power off. Take a day off of work for it. And after he puts the valve in he tells me that’s not where they are getting in. Clearly these guys have no idea what they are doing. Take your business elsewhere. Once they get your money they don’t care. Seriously terrible customer experience. I don’t know how they stay in business. I have been holding off on posting this review but after 2 years of dealing with them it is clear they will not take ownership of the job they were paid to do. I am going to take them to court to get my money back. Please whatever you do avoid Natures Way. While I appreciate the refund so I can get this taken care of by someone else. You had every opportunity to resolve the issue. After multiple calls to have you remedy the problem, nothing changed. So you really don’t deserve a higher rating.

we had excellent service today from Jim. he was right on time and did a complete job for us on a large property. am telling friends on Assembly point to use this service as we have a big problem with ticks thank you and will repeat next year

Had Natures Way come out for a some pesky mice that we had no luck getting rid of.The office staff was patient,kind and knowledgeable with me as I was so anxious to get them out quick!! I was able to get an appt quickly and the technician was through and def knew his stuff! We are now on a program and have piece of mind this problem will be solved asap.Its nice to know they are only a phone call away if I have any questions or concerns.I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of working with our pest technician Garrett. A little back story: We were finding dead bees in our upstairs hallway but didn’t think much of it. We then found a dead bee in our infant’s bedroom so we decided to get our home checked ASAP. We had a different pest company come out for an estimate in the morning of 9/13 to tell us we had no issues and only checked one corner of our home. They said there was no service they could provide. Fast forward to the evening of 9/13, Garrett showed up and worked for about an hour to find the source of our bee problem. He located a hive which was in a void of our infants bedroom that was housing hundreds if not, thousands, of yellow jackets! Garrett was professional, courteous, prompt and most importantly patient. He had so much knowledge and answered all of my questions with ease. He recommended a plan to get rid of the bees and assured us he would make it safe for our daughter to be sleeping in her room that night. Garrett was able to take a situation to us that was foreign to us and translate it into something we understood. We will be recommending Nature’s Way and Garrett to our family and friends with any pest issues that may arise! Thank you to Garrett!

Fun fact: Yellowjackets are mean. Had som Yellowjackets going into my house. Rick came out and discovered them in my upper soffit. He did a great job removing some of the soffit pieces and taking out the nest. Put it back on like it was new again. I was surprised when i saw the different life stages after he dissected the nest. Ill be covered the rest of the year and next as well. Thanks buddy.
