Make sure to get a quote or you may be in for the shock of your life as my wife and I were! We had him come last year to spray for spiders and he did a good job, at what I thought was a reasonable price. We decided to have him come again to spray for bedbugs when our daughter was given a used mattress and box spring. However, I made the very costly mistake of not getting a quote beforehand. He spent approximately 1 1/2 hours spraying two rooms and two sofas, and we were charged about 8 times more than what it cost to have the whole house sprayed for spiders. Little did I know it costs more to hire an exterminator than an attorney. Needless to say, we will not recommend or use him again. Two stars for getting rid of the bedbugs.

We had an issue with Termites after purchasing our home in Sandy. We were referred to Monster by a friend and we were NOT disappointed. They were punctual and walked us through the entire process keeping us calm and optimistic. They came to the home after not once but twice to ensure the treatment had worked and come to find out even after selling our home the new owners needed a quick second look, gave them a call and without hesitation they came back to the property. Everything went down exactly as he had explained and we haven't any issues or damage since. Fabulous affordable honest company. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
