Finally Free of Box Elders! Dave at Agent Pest Control provided professional and exceptional service. My home was infested with stubborn box elder bugs, and nothing I did deterred them. After speaking with Dave on the phone, I knew I had made a good decision hiring him. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell he enjoys helping people. He arrived on time and was very thorough and timely with the treatment to my home. He also explained what he was doing so I knew what services I was paying for. David was contacted by my wife after seeing large rats in our backyard. She contacted him because she read several reviews online that recommended David and his services. David came to our home and spent a lot of time going over exactly what he did and how he would do it after learning what we were experiencing. He walked us through how his bait traps worked and how long they would be in certain areas and when he would come back and check them with us etc. After just a few days of him being here we stopped seeing the rats completely and have not seen them since. As promised, he came back after a few weeks and checked the traps with us and re-baited them and then came back again at the end of the service and checked the traps yet again and we opted to continue with his services for another period. David was professional, courteous and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for help with a pest problem!

O.MG. This company is the most thorough pest control company we have used. Best pest control service you will find. I shopped many places before using Agent. A lot of places try to lock you in to a pricey contract for crappy service and product. Agent uses very high quality products and I have had very little to no issues since I have been with Agent. David came to my house and showed immediately that he knew what he was doing. Going over the science and strategy behind his work, he described in detail how he was going to 1) rid my house of the pests I was concerned about, and 2) stop them from coming back. After checking the house from top to bottom and inspecting the outside, he started laying the traps and setting bait. Not 20 minutes after he was finished, as we were discussing the followup and maintenance care, we heard a distinct *snap* from the closet he had put a trap - our first catch! I won't hesitate to recommend David to friends or family, and his professionalism and care for his customers is 2nd to none. 5 stars, if you have a problem, call him and he will take care of it!

Dave is the nicest and most honest pest control business owner I have ever met. I love that he has a degree in biology too and understands the nature and habits of these pests! Dave arrived to our home the same day we called which was the day after Christmas! I found mouse dropping under our kitchen sink and then realized the mice were moving through the air vents and all through the house!!! Dave set up glue board traps that smelled like peanut butter everywhere that were pet and children safe. The snap traps also had a pet/children safe bait called provoke that lured the mice to the traps. It's now March and we have been mice free for months! Thanks Dave!!

I've been using Agent Pest Control since last summer. We live near a canal and rats were becoming a problem. David has come out and set traps for us, and so far, the pest problem seems to be at bay. We have used several other pest control companies. One didn't have any effect on the massive amounts of spiders we had (we moved into a fixer upper that was filled with overgrown juniper trees that we cut down). The other company we tried, kept coming back without our knowledge, and sending us bills for work we didn't ask for. David has been honest and reliable. Agent Pest Control is great. Dave takes the time to get to understand your needs. I reached out to him almost immediately moving into my new home as we had an issue with ants. After his initial visit and application for to kill the ants (and other bugs by default) he recommended coming out about four months later as a preventive service. He took the time to explain prevention and the need for it to keep the pests out. Being skeptical I declined his offer and about 6 months later sure enough the ants were back. I learned my lesson and from there I touched base with him and setup a regular maintenance plan now have him out 3 or 4 times a year and the bugs stay out. Dave is friendly and thorough and takes pest control services to another level. I highly recommend reaching out to him.

David Radi is the owner and operator of Agent Pest Control. I called him on Sunday, the first of July expecting to leave a message. When he answered I was pleasantly surprised not only that he answered on a Sunday, but also that in his busy schedule, he might be able to see me before the 4th of July. I had just noticed the wasp nest the day before. He called io Monday the 2nd and said he could see me that afternoon and now the gross wasp nest is gone and he was absolutely fabulous to work with! I highly recommend this business. He is level with you as a customer and doesn't give any kind of false guarantee. Wasps can come back, but I'll know what to look for and I'll certainly know who to call!
