I've had White Knight Pest control service my house for nearly the past 2 years and they have done an absolute amazing job. Ever since the first application I noticed a decrease in bugs and after 3 months I haven't had a single critter in my home. No more bug bites and now more seeing things crawl around. Most of the techs I have had have done a great job. If there was ever an issue they would quickly resolve it and the management has been great to work with. The manager even came out one time to do my home after a few mistakes with a tech. They have great customer service and great service in general. I will continue using them as long as they provide this same great service. Much, much, much better than terminx or any other company I've used in the past.

Review = 0 Stars! We live in a "No Soliciting" neighborhood and a salesman came to the door peddling a pest control service. When told we aren't interested he wanted to come in for some water. This so-called "salesman" had no business cards, no brochures, no identification whatsoever. Didn't even have a car! We drove around and there were no parked cars or other individuals. We did not let him in the house and called the police. What kind of shoddy business practices is this? If we want any type of service we aren't going to sign up with some mumbling person without any identification. It's 2018 people, wise up! People don't appreciate suspicious acting characters coming to their doors.

CJ was great and prompt. However, I can't give 5 stars because my husband called around 12 to see if we could get a time estimate so he could put our toddler down for a nap (our appointment was 12-2) and they said we can't reach the tech but you'll get a call ahead. Nothing by 2 so I got on the chat on the website and spoke with Jackie and she informed me that our tech was not working today and I needed to reschedule. I was very upset because he stayed home from work for this and this would have been the second reschedule and this was our first treatment from White Knight Pest Control. I called in and she had apparently just left for lunch which made me mad because I told her I was going to call in to talk to her. Thankfully Jacob was able to get a hold of CJ and get us taken care of. Jacob said he'd be there by 3 and at 2:57 he was there ready to treat our home. Thanks Jacob and CJ!

I have 2 no Soliciting signs yet they still left this on my door. Since I travel a lot this is super dangerous as it could advertise I'm not home.. Did to this I'll never ever use your service again. It's against the law and my HOA to even put something on my door or knock with these signs clearly visible. (See picture) It is a shame because I'm looking for someone to do post control. I would suggest a mailer or another form of advertisement like Facebook ads or Google ads Please do not leave anything else on my door.. Companies that do, lose my business

So far so good. I'm having a scorpion problem in a trailer we are currently renovating. I looked up several pest control companies for estimates. This company was the first one to get back to me promptly and they were very friendly and have affordable prices for my budget. Someone was able to come out the next day and start spraying to get rid of the scorpions and other bugs. He was thorough, friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend this company!

If there were a zero stars review option that’s what I would leave. This company is a complete joke. Their salesman will con you into signing a contract making it appear to be a one time service for a low price. Then they send you a random text the day prior to coming out for a quarterly service with hardly any notice. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this company since I signed the contract. I called previous to what was supposed to be my last service to clarify that it was indeed my last service and that my contract wouldn’t auto renew. Then all of the sudden I received a text for yet another “quarterly” service two months after what was supposed to be my last. I contacted them again and they claim my contract states I should have 4 quarterly services. When I’ve had 5 total services already. But supposedly the initial service and follow up don’t count. Their whole process is absurd and their customer service absolutely won’t work with you in anyway.

I was excited to have a pest control company but after two sprays and a respray I still had a ton of insects and spiders all over my property. I complained to the company and they didn’t offer anything and said I couldn’t cancel because I had a contract. It’s a shame that the spray doesn’t work because I really wanted a good pest control. Now I’m stuck fighting to get out of this and have a $150 cancellation charge which is more than the service cost. Very frustrating.

Don’t use this company! Don’t waste your time and energy (and money!!!)!!! I caught on to their scam, they slowly creep forward by a few days every month eventually creating additional payment for you in the long run because your quarters moved. I asked the manager about it and she admitted they don’t even look at when your quarters are they just see if it’s soon and put you on a route so a driver doesn’t have to drive more than 5 miles, even if it’s the wrong month. They don’t care about their customers at all or following contracts. Everything seemed great in the beginning but once they have your business they stop caring! I scheduled a re-service and the technician came out (didn’t even treat my front yard, I was home so I saw him and spoke to him!!) and then called and changed my re-service to a quarterly and charged me for the service without my consent!!! It took multiple days and several phone calls to get it refunded. They also failed to follow the agreed upon contract, I.e. coming in wrong months and then when I brought it up they tried to blame me because I didn’t call and reschedule. You failed the follow a contract?! It’s not that hard. The manager and employee I just spoke to were complete and total jokes, if you want to keep customers, learn to mute your phone before you start talking about them. Just completely shocked with them.. when I was advised someone else would call me to deal with it the manager quickly changed her tune to well, I’ll ask them to call you but I can’t make them. You should definitely make someone call a customer that you breached a contract with.

My experience with White Knight was truly great. I was approached by Corey, and he was very sweet and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience easy, fast, and gave great details about what I was getting with my service. We had a little problem with their new system when creating my account but he was quick to fix it and keep me updated. When it was time to service my yard the technician that came out was very friendly and fast. It's only been about a week or two since my yard was serviced but I have noticed a difference and I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you Corey and White Knight Pest Control Austin.

Our landlord called and scheduled them to come to our duplex between 11am and 3pm yesterday. When it was closer to 2, she had yet to receive a call so called them herself. They said they were running late and will be there by 8pm. 8pm! So now her day, my day and my neighbors day is completely wasted but we waited. Then, around 730pm, she received a call cancelling completely. They said they can come this Wednesday. She has been trying to call in all day today and no one will tell her what time they are supposed to arrive tomorrow. We are annoyed and will never recommend this company to anyone. What a waste of time. UPDATE - it’s now been two weeks. They have rescheduled on us twice now. They were supposed to show up today. Turns out last week when they did show (after the first no show), they didn’t even spray! They said “this isn’t worth a spray, this needs a flush and I don’t have that on me right now.” And they left. So we were rescheduled to today. They showed up on time ONLY TO SAY THEY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE! I just cannot believe this service at this point. This is unbelievable. What company schedules their customers just to show up and reschedule? This has taken so much time out of my day and is the biggest inconvenience. This company is a joke. Don’t bother.

I had a sales rep come to my door and made a very convincing sale. I signed up at a discounted rate and I had my service completed on May 11th, 2019, I believe, my card was charged on the 13th. The tech that came out and completely missed an active wasp nest I had said I was initially afraid of. I called The Buda location asking for a re-service to remove the wasp nest. They told me to expect the SAME rep to come back on May 30th around lunchtime. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I waited until after the weekend to call back to ask for a partial refund. I called the Buda Location on Monday, June 3rd asking for the partial refund. The lady who answered the phone (no I don't know her name) said she said she couldn't do it herself and that she submitted a ticket to their corporate office in Denver and that I should receive a call in the next hour. I waited for four hours and no phone call. I called Buda back today, Tuesday, June 4th, 2019, recapping my whole experience and the lady who answered said she had no notes in my file pertaining to a refund ticket. She transferred me to someone else and this other lady told me (again) that she had no notes in my file pertaining to this. I recapped my story again, and now asking for a full refund due to how unprofessional the service has been thus far. The lady said I was under a contract (Which I was never EVER told about during the initial sale) and if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay the full amount of the contract term. But what she could do for me is not charge me further and just cancel my account. At that point my blood was boiling so I reluctantly agreed, still expressing my disappointment with the company. I said thanks, and then she hung up without further communication. I would like to note that she also told me that when I signed up on the sale reps iPad, that it apparently stated I would be entering a contract. The rep said these exact words "We always ask people to try us for a full year"...as if I had an option to cancel with no issue. Never once did he mention a contract otherwise I would have never signed up. Not to mention reps typically keep a conversation running while signing up, probably to distract you from the fine print you should be reading. I am a very honest person and have worked many jobs is customer service so this whole process is so infuriating. All I want is the $53.04 I was initially charged. I've already submitted a complaint to the BBB, which is the first time I've ever done that. Considering this is a Chain, the lack of professionalism and customer service is just so baffling.

These guys came and provided their service. They came back a month later, and we explained that we no longer needed them. I sprayed the house myself, because their initial treatment didn’t work. They came by the next day and sprayed anyway, while we weren’t home. They left a door tag that they sprayed the outside of the house and charged the credit card we initially used. I called the company and they informed me that my wife “signed” a contract. My wife had no knowledge of signing any contract. DO NOT give these people a credit card!! She thought she was just signing to let them spray the first time. I’ve since called the bank, and hopefully won’t be charged anymore.

I am putting up the review to hopefully get the attention of some upper level management. I'm sure your pest control services are fine, BUT it is totally disrespectful to send your salespeople to a neighborhood with NO SOLICITING signs posted everywhere at 9pm at night. In the past couple days, there numerous reports of sleeping children being woken up by a guy ringing doorbell and knocking repeatedly. He came to my house twice, returning after I told him I'm already on contract with a different pest control company. I mean, BACK OFF! If people want pest control, they will call you! No need to be so aggressive with your sales pitch... the only thing that was good for was a bad review. Please let your salespeople know that its not ok to harass families and push them into buying services.

They will lie to you to get you to sign a contract, telling you you can cancel if you're not satisfied. Then they will claim they sent you a text, show up while you are at work, call upset that you're not there, when you had no idea you're coming. You will spend the next 4 hours of your work day talking to different managers, being disconnected several times in the process, to get absolutely nothing resolved. You will want to cancel the service, because you realize this is all too difficult and exhausting for just quarterly pest control, only to find out they lied to you and you cant cancel without paying 125.00.

This company is a joke; don't do business with them! Called to redeem Groupon and was immediately given the sales pitch to upsell the service. No, thank you, I just want the service on the Groupon. Sales person tells me that Groupon sales have a 6 weeks waiting list but but if I buy the upgraded package he can get me in within the next week. No! Finally gets me a date and only gives me one day option. I ask for their next availability and he says I'm sorry Groupon customers only have the option of one day. Allegedly Groupon customers can only have the option of 1 date and you cannot pick the time of your appointment. You have to be available all day with a 30 minute notice.

I’ve never in all my 20 years of living at my current home have ever bought from a door to door sales guy. I was completely blown away with how sincere and sweet Cory was. I have a cat enclosurere so my cats can be outside but ants were a problem so i was happy to be offered service at a good price.i am not sure what they used but i am very disappointed to see the ant mounds thriving. Also a worker was stung by a wasp after they left since the tech knocked down their hives but left them very much alive and angry. I have not seen any other complaints of pests surviving so maybe the tech just ran out of pesticide?!? I have no other complaint but I paid expecting pests to be eliminated. Of course, its a holiday weekend so I couldn't call and ask them to come back out but I do expect them to return and eliminate my ants not feed them.

Bad bad bad....They are scammers be careful from them. They came to my house and did services after 1 week I got a lot of insects inside my house I paid them $100. When I ask for refund, they want more money for cancellation for bad service and they threatened me if I did pay will do collection.
