Kraig was scheduled to come out to my house today 10/9/18 @3pm, but I reached out to him to reschedule due to the heavy rain that came through around 1:45pm. He notified me that he would get back to me to reschedule that evening. Around 2:30 he texted me letting me know the rain let up and he could still come at 3pm. My office wasn't to far away so I met up with Kraig at that time. Kraig explained everything about all his different services and which each one entails perfectly so I could feel comfortable selecting the right one I believed I need and not him trying to sell me only on one service. Kraig also explained I would see an influx of bugs after my first service due to them leaving the areas he poisoned to look for food. Nothing but great service and great education about his services.

I can't say enough good things about this company. If I had to say anything it would be Honesty and Integrity which separates them from the others. I've been lied to and asked to be dishonest by other pest control companies like Aptive in the past. Kraig has been nothing short of amazing and always honest with me. Awesome service. Safe for homes with babies and/or pets! We had fire ants for years that we couldn’t beat. One treatment and those suckers were gone! Love the text reminders for service. Couldn’t be happier.
