Triple L pest control is local to the cedar park, Austin, Texas area, my mom had a very bad red hornet next located outside her front door making it impossible for her to do just about anything. I tried getting rid of them myself but the hornets had burrowed deep into the roof. So I called Triple L pest control and they quoted me a very reasonable honest price, the technician David Cox, was personable, professional and informative. I highly recommend Triple L pest control for any of your unwanted pests!

Responded promptly, they are good and professional. I had rats in my attic ( man horrible!) Fred inspected all areas of my home and pointed possible hole from where the rats were intruded. It was from AC line! Fred put trap on my attic for first two days, and caught three big rats and left the traps from three more days and caught one more rats. I myself patched the hole beneath AC line now no rats!. They need to re-evaluate their costing policy, they billed around $300 box for this things. This is not very expensive! as i got rid of from these nasty rats! which is around $100 per rats but if rats chewed my ac line, cost would have been terrible!

Been using service quarterly for a year. We bought our house and began the remodel. When taking the kitchen cabinets out we discovered there had been a recent German roach infestation. Although there was no evidence of current activity, I looked up local (non corporate) pest control companies. I chose local because of past issues when dealing with 800 #s and reps only worried about their "talk time" data. I also wanted someone who understands the areas climate, flora and the critters those elements support. These guys have met my expectations. Nathan, our service tech, has been great. If I so much as see one creepy crawler in my house, I can call him directly and he will be here in 24 hours. They have natural solutions for pest control as well if you inquire. They also do mosquitoe control, it is very effective, and safe for pets within a few hours.

They were quick to respond to my request for estimate and set up an appointment. Another service I called came to give an estimate and then never responded to me after, I believe because they wanted the business of the whole neighborhood and not just our small place. Triple L came and did an initial treatment same day, and then set up bi monthly appts. It was easy and fast. I have to wait and see how the service goes, because we don't have a pest problem right now, this is just preventative. However, my mom has been using them in Leander for quite some time and is happy with their services and referred me to them.
