He was both professional and answered all of my questions. He gave me a total run down of the whole service. The company came today and after meeting the guys they reiterated what Joseph initially discussed with me over the phone. They were pleasant and answered all of the questions. I called Spott Pest Prevention to help eradicate the mosquitos in my backyard. I have had 2 treatments in the last month, and even with all of the rain, they are over 90% gone! I literally worked outside in my backyard after the first treatment for 5 hours with no mosquito repellent on, and was not bitten ONCE! Highly recommend for mosquito treatment.

Spott has been worth every penny. We had major ant problem upon move in. Tried for a year to handle it ourselves and then found Spott. What a great investment! Very reasonable pricing and always available if you need an extra visit. We are now starting our third year with them. NO ants, spiders, and they even spray the eves for wasps and hornets. I also feel better knowing that they use all natural materials to deter the pests. I have a three year old that likes to dig in everything. Eva first stopped by and got my attention about Spott. Got the service and Dorian gave the place its first treatment, filled the cracks and holes in the exterior plus filled the breathing holes with copper mesh to keep the bugs out. Dorian was friendly and answered my questions. My second treatment, Justin came. He also was friendly and thorough. They seem to be a great group of people working for Spott and for me.

I moved into an older house about two months ago. We saw a couple of cockroaches (shudder) and a friend recommended Spott Pest Prevention. When I called, someone came out right away to look around my house and see what I needed, and the next day someone came to spray. They did everything from the attic to the yard. They told me there would be some bugs coming out for the next couple of days, but I haven't seen anything since then. Even the fire ants in my backyard disappeared. Very friendly and fast, thorough coverage, and I love that the chemicals were all safe for my kids. (And they offered to give me a discount to write a review; yay!)

Good professional service. They always call me in advance to make a date for showing up and they always show up on time. I had a HUGE ant problem. I tried to solve it myself for 3 months with Home Depot ant/insect products failed. Then Spott came and did a lot of work to get rid of them. They really took the time to figure out the problem. End result, total success, they got rid of the ants that I couldn't. Always kind and enjoyable to work with.

We have been extremely pleased with Barefoot Mosquito - they have allowed us to stay outside this summer without fear of mosquito bites. They are very professional and knowledgable. Outside smells like a Thai food restaurant for about a day but I feel better about the kids playing in the yard knowing the spray is made of things like lemongrass and garlic instead of harsh chemicals. We live in Georgetown; last year, we had unprecedented issues with spiders, ants, and other undesirable pests in the yard, the garage, and inside the house despite all the over-the-counter pesticides we frequently sprayed in the yard and around the house. When I started noticing spiders and ants in my son’s bedroom, I was alarmed and decided to seek help from a pest control company. The folks from SPOTT Pest Prevention knocked on my door two months ago and kindly explained to me how they can help me treat my pest problems; the gentleman I talked to was polite; very attentive; and he addressed any concern I had. The first treatment at my house took less than an hour; the chemical they sprayed in and outside is odorless and did not leave a stain in the house. Two months after the first treatment, I have not noticed any spiders or ants around the house and especially inside the house. Thanks to the folks at SPOTT Pest Prevention; my son is safe in his bedroom and he can play in the backyard again!

Unhappy with out results. After 3 years with the company our mosquito issue has become unbearable. Kept calling the company to do a recall and they kept smfoung spot treatments. Finally got fed up and decided to buy a garlic spray from Amszon and did it myself...NO mosquitos! Save your money and do some research. Takes care of mosquitos and all bugs! Happy person. Saved me money and time!

We've used barefoot mosquito and Spott for a number of months. We can always tell when they've been out to spray because it smells like garlic (not overwhelming, but it is obvious) by our house. It really has cut back on our mosquitos during the warm months. We also use them for pest control quarterly, and I've not seen any critters aside from the dogs who live with us. I've always worked with Aaron, who is amazing. Friendly, communicative, and accommodating if we have to schedule any changes. I'll add that they/he apply no pressure, which is awesome. From what I have experienced with its sales agent Joseph, and its technician David, I am more than happy with those guys' service. Joseph gives us a reliable impression. He explains Spott's service and answered all kind of questions. David is fun guy. He explains his procedures, why those procedures should be taken in this kind of sequence, and share his technical background as a insect-biology related. The first treat took about 45 mins (the house is still empty.) Overall, we are happy so far. Let's wait to see how those pest, bugs feel like in the following days.

I love this service. I have three dogs, one cat and a whole host of yard birds, racoons, rabbits, etc. I really didn't want to have to use noxious chemicals to get rid of pests in and around my home, and Spott has provided the perfect solution. The mosquito treatment has been really good. The Spott representative warned me that since I lived right behind a large pasture with a gathering of trees and my yard wasn't very large he couldn't guarantee that the treatment would be 100% effective. I took a chance on it anyway, and it has been great! I was able to use my porch all summer without having to put on DEET. And no critters in the house thanks to their indoor treatment. This is a great company. Very responsible to the environment and eco system. This is my third year with them and although garlic isn't my favorite scent I gladly welcome it knowing it isn't harmful to my 4 dogs and my 9 chickens to say the least of the frogs and other wildlife. I do keep my dogs inside and I cover the coop for 45min while they spray and the garlic mix is dry. I'm an avid gardener and finally I no longer have to wear full coverage when I work outside.
