Had a groupon and was told there was some roaches. Nothing horrible. Just couple every week or so. Now the dumb lady on the phone wanted to act like I had a nightmare and kept insisting that had a bad infestation and that it would get much worse and that it would be all over the ceiling in the next few months. This broad needs to start writing horror novels instead of selling pest control cause that’s was some Stephen king BS stuff there. Please train your staff to use their common sense.

I use Sovereign Pest Control for exterior insects (ants & spiders) and mosquito control. They arrive on time, are friendly & courteous and work efficiently. I am happy with their work.

I did not read any reviews prior to signing up for Sovereign's pest control services. However, I have had no issues with them. My husband and I moved into a house in The Colony in 2017. We had no idea before we moved in that it was infested with roaches! We expected, of course, that living next to a lake would yield a variety of other bugs. But the roaches I could not handle. We signed up for Sovereign based off of a recommendation and in less than a year we noticed the cycle of roaches breaking! We have the same man who comes to our home every visit. They are very nice, they explain what they are doing, and they follow through. I try to call them out every few months to keep the critters in check. They are very nice and work with my schedule! My only complaint is the yearly program is a little pricey if underutilized. Otherwise, I would recommend their services.

I used a groupon to spray for mosquitoes because my neighbor was also using them. I had people over 3 days later and there were still tons of mosquitoes biting away. My assistant and I called only to be given the run around all to say sorry you can pay for service again. Terrible! I am not a social media post person and certainly do not like to post negative feedback but after 4 calls from my assistant and calls from me with no return call to me this is bad business and worthy of a negative post.

I have an older, historical home that had an issue with those famous Texas-sized pests when we moved in. Not only did Sovereign take care of the issue, it hasn’t come back in any significant way in 18 months. Always responsive, flexible on scheduling appointments, and their work is effective!

After the initial sign up, hard to reach to schedule service. After the initial service, had to call them back as we still found mosquitoes, insects in the patio. Would not recommend.

I called for hornet removal. I asked both the person on the phone and the person that came out what would happen if the treatment didn't work and they both reassured me that the problem would be taken care of completely. Well the treatment didn't work, and when I called the customer rep said I'd have to pay more money and pay for another treatment. What a rip off.
