I called on Monday morning and they had a gentleman named Omar here within hours. I agreed reluctantly to signing up for the quarterly treatments. But I couldn't pass up the deal. Omar called when he was on the way and we appreciate that. He came here, asked our concerns then came up with a plan of action. I thought, hey why not, their guarantee is good. This gentleman, Omar impressed me so much I posted my review, which I typically don't do. He treated this home as if it were his own. Mind you, we live in a 3000 sq ft home on a 15000 sq foot lot. We are new to Plano. This home had been neglected for over three months, vacant and overgrown landscaping. Omar took his time and got rid of all those nasty pests that were biting me like crazy! He spent at least two hours working hard and turning over every brick, no stone left unturned! I AM SO GLAD I SIGNED UP FOR THE QUARTERLY SERVICE AND WILL ALWAYS ASK FOR OMAR, AND SO SHOULD YOU!

This helps me a great deal as I don't have to take off work unnecessarily. I can also email them pictures of concerns and I hear back from them usually the same day. I refer Safe Pro to family and friends and I hear the same from them – they are happy with the service, response and caring attitude. The thing that stands out most is that I can easily get ahold of Alex if I need something extraordinary. And I always hear back from him. If you want a great pest control company and a company who actually cares, Safe Pro is the one for you.

Great service. Very detailed inspection. Very friendly staff. They even remove spider webs from outdoor windows, and knock down any nests built by wasps or dirt-daubers since their last visit. I always know if a friend is using someone other than Safe Pro when I ring their doorbell and notice these nests under their covered entry.
