Professional, Affordable, Courteous, and Knowledgeable. Rich and his staff came out the same day I called,, because I was out of town and my family was worried. That night, he located the hive, explained the situation to my family, and set an appointment to return. A few days later, he came out, discussed the plan, and then removed the bees. He was able to locate the queen, capture her, and drive all of the other bees to her. He took all of the bees away, and he even left us with some honey. Watch out for immoral bee removal companies that pay day laborers to kill bees or remove them and then set them free down the road. We need bees! Rich was calm and kept the situation under control during the bee evacuation. He was very knowledgeable about bees and their behavior, and he was always gracious to share insight.

Rich and Rich were great! Our house is very old, we had a bee colony in the walls they removed, and they gave us a very good deal! It turned out to be quite the hive, and attached to layers of wood within the walls. Rich worked with me on the price, even though the job turned out to be way more intense than anticipated. Rich came to the house the same day I called. He was professional courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. Rich explained why and what he was doing through out the bee recovery process. He took the time to teach the bee types, the roles each play in the hive. i.e drone, worker bee, and of course the Queen and the expected behavior of each. It was a hot but interesting day. I would recommend Rich to recover the precious bees again, should they come for an extended visit. I also offer, "Please do not destroy the bees," They are precious to our food process. They are the most important pollinating animal, and they effectively pollinate most of their lives, specifically honey bees. So don't sway just shew them away. I learned last week that I had a swarm of bees that were making my storage shed either a 24 hour party rental or an Airbnb. I called two bee removal specialists and neither returned my call. Someone told me about Rich, I called and I swear I hadn't even had time to disconnect the phone when he appeared to do the estimate!
