David came out to service my home for a flea infestation. He said normally 1 treatment takes care of the problem but he'd be willing to come out for a 2nd treatment if needed at no additional charge. He did come by a 2nd time as there were still some fleas lingering and that did the job. I'm totally please with his service and will use him in the future if necessary and have referred him to friends and relatives. He price is fair and reasonable and he is trustworthy.

Got an email from Rangel asking me to rate my experience...Had never heard of them before the email. The link took me to a coupon to start with them, which I guess is how they're trying to get more customers? I called the business number, and the owner was polite, but let me know they got my email from HomeAdvisor which is basically a scam. I'm not impressed so far with how they're starting out as a business, seems very dishonest. Also I'm pretty sure the pictures listed on Google are stock photos from other pest companies. Maybe work on building honest connections with customers before blast email marketing.

I discovered a opossum in my storage shed out in the back of my yard one afternoon. After calling Rangel, he immediately scheduled to come out the next morning. He placed a live trap in the shed and asked me to keep an eye on it from day to day. Two days later, sure enough, there was one ugly critter trapped in the cage. I called Rangel, and he came out that evening and removed the cage and animal. He also inspected and sealed up where the opossum had gotten in. He also pointed out a number of rat droppings in the shed and set some traps and left some poison bait both inside and out under the storage shed. The problem was solved! Thank you again!
